My PM, Tommy Wei, is very responsive and responsible. Thanks to his market research, we got better rental income than our original projection. The tenants he screened so far have been great. He would also ask me first to schedule a repair, instead of randomly charging me. The repair cost, which they don't charge a makeup, quoted so far have been reasonable as well. I also like that they professionally generate financial statements and tax documents for me. Overall I'd recommend WPI and Tommy to investors who are looking for a great PM.

I can't say enough good things about renting an office space here. Allison Chen was wonderful to work with and so prompt to return my calls. The office building is very professional and the kitchen was so nice to have. I would definitely rent from them again!

Pretty much the best real estate place ever. They also have rentals, which is where I lived. We rented an apartment and it was such a good location. They rent outside the Seattle area as well, we were in Bothell. I also want to say that they are so understanding and are helpful! We ended up moving pretty short notice and they were so nice about it. Theron was our agent and was always helpful and responded it every question that we had in a very timely manner. TC Wu and his team are everything you would want in a real estate team. We just sold our house in Bellevue.
