As an Associate with the Welsh Retail Brokerage Division, I specialize in the representation of both landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of retail properties. Growing up in the Twin Cities, my knowledge of the marketplace enables me to make insightful recommendations for my clients. My passion for real estate began with my work in residential and quickly shifted into the commercial realm. Commercial real estate is thrilling and is constantly evolving. It is pivotal to the success and health of the community.

Our team acts as advisors to clients throughout an asset's lifecycle, by identifying opportunities, providing valuation services, and managing the entire investment sale process. This involves having real-time knowledge of capital market trends, both locally and nationally. As a Vice President specializing in retail investment sale transactions, Jeff joined Welsh after spending the previous 8 years of his career with CBRE, the majority of which was spent in the Investment Properties Group, where he and his team led the market by selling over $300 million of retail properties over the past 2 years.
