Property management at Balco Properties is terrible, Queenie Cheung is completely out of line, she is rude and unreasonable. If you are contemplating renting from them I highly suggest looking elsewhere. My company has been renting from Balco for over 10 years, since queenie has taken over as the property manager we have had nothing but problems. We have been without power for days at a time without any resolution, instead of working towards a solution she suggests that we are to blame.
We have had numerous electricians out to fix the issues and we continue to have issues every other month. Queenie is arrogant and unprofessional. I am not the type to post bad reviews but I feel potential tenants should be aware of the poor property management here.
