Michelle(at Target Realty in Houston) is amazing. Due to several factors, my move to another state was delayed, despite the uncertainty--she is patient and proceeds to search for apartments--suitable for me. Michelle continues to provide credible information(regarding several living spaces). If you are relocating to Houston--please contact her for places to live.

Horrible experience. We lived in a house for two years managed by this company. When we moved out they kept the entire 1450 deposit. $790 went towards painting a bedroom that was used by my 6yr old. I have lived in several properties and have NEVER not received my deposit back. I wish I had seen these reviews before moving in. I will def let my realtor know about their practices. Karma does not miss, and I'm sure this isn't the first time this company has done this.

These people sure take advantage. Never again will I do business with them.

I agree with everyone else's experience of this company. I was referred too a Michelle concerning a question about locating a apartment, the woman who referred me was very nice and assured me this Michelle was very helpful. However I felt judged by her tone and she was rude I understand the issue I called her on is a tough one, however I've been less judged and treated respectfully by most on this issue.

Don't judge a book by its cover I'm a hard working member of society just like her i consider my self no different than anyone else. So yes I'm leaving a long review for whoever reads this don't waste your time this company or Michelle.

I was recommended by someone to use Target Realty because I was needing an apartment within a very short time frame. I connected with a lady named Michelle and she sent me listings of apartments that had availability in the area that I was looking for. I ended up finding my own apartment but told her since I had looked in another area than what I had asked of her, I went ahead and included her name and Target Realty on my apartment application (which they profit from). Michelle told me that she would send me a $75 check because I had put her name on my application. NEVER HAPPENED!

I even called the company after we had already moved in and left a message. NO ONE ever called me back. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will never use Target Realty again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Seems like Michelle was a money-hungry person and the company just told people to put them on their applications so they could reap the benefits without following through on their promise.
