The company I work for recently moved into a business office property managed by LB Hunt. Our main contacts during the renovation of our office before moving in and after has been Robert. Robert is friendly, efficient, communicative, and always checking on us while there has been construction above our offices. Since moving in we have been in contact with Holly and her team for billing and property issues. Holly has reached out and kept us updated on maintenance that is happening and rent invoices when ours was incorrect.

I have to say with so many offices, I am extremely pleased to have such tangible contacts who will not only touch base in person, as Robert does, but also makes sure all our needs are answered to in a timely manner.

Rent back agreement was not honored after property was returned early (upon request). The disputed "pro-rated" amount was only a few hundred dollars but their response was simply thank you for returning early but we will simply call the settlement even. Do not trust this company with deposits or verbal agreements. Make sure to have everything documented.

We were looking for professional property managers, and my husband's friend suggested we call LB Hunt. After the first meeting, we knew that we'd be hiring her company to take care of our property. Things can sometimes get a little hectic, but with LB Hunt to handle stuff, we never have anything to worry about. My husband and I have more time to spend with each other at last!

Holly assured us they'll do the heavy work and keep us updated -- they have been true to their word and gave us more than what I expected.
