Christopher graduated, in 1971, from Christopher Newport College of the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. His career in property management began in 1972 with the Klingbeil Company, and then progressed with Dillingham, the Robert A. McNeil Corporation, Real Estate Marketing/Management, and Sunwest Asset Management Corporation.

Would not recommend this company to anyone in need of property management. We've been forced to deal with them because this is who our landlord chose. Long story short, we've had an extreme water leak for 2 rain seasons now, and they STILL have not resolved the issue. In the meantime our carpet has been ruined, and is in need of replacement. Not to mention the mold that has sure to have formed under our counters from the multiple flooding's. Go elsewhere.

Worst of all, advise the landlord not to use the management company. My lease agreement is almost to expire and I need to find a new buyer. My buyer need to sign a rental contract with the landlord. The landlord entrusts this shop to manage our shop, contact them, fill in the application form, and the landlord will review the credit. The original simple things can be done in two or three days.
How long do you think I have to wait? I came to them in September, but now it's almost December. Over TWO MONTH!I haven't finished it yet. Because it's too slow, I've lost a buyer. I don't know why I haven't finished it yet. In the past, most of the calls were unanswered, and leave messages never returned to you. I found new buyers and told them to hurry up.
They also agreed to send the new application form to Jessica. Then I asked Jessica to confirm that it had been received. They would contact the landlord as soon as possible and their manager. They told me that 3-4 business day must be done for me. This is the fourth business day. I called 6 times in the morning and didn't transfer it to the past People answer, of course, they won't call you back after leaving a message. Later, my husband called the manager and told me that he didn't know about the application form at all?! WTF! Are you playing with me?
I'm really angry. I've never met such an irresponsible company. I want to complain to them. I really advise all landlords not to look for such a management company. You will lose a lot of tenants because of them

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. THEY MAKE MONEY BY DECEPTION, THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT BECAUSE THIS IS A WAY TO MAKE MONEY.NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL, AIR CONDITION NOT COLD, HEATER NOT WORKING, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS EXPIRED 2014, RESTROOMS ARE REALLY DIRTY, NO TOILET PAPERS, NO SOAP. (777W 17Th St Costa Mesa Ca ) THEY CHARGE TENANT $700 JUST FOR CLEANING AND PAINT THE REALLY SMALL OFFICE. IF YOU WANT TO LISTED THEY ANSWER YOU IMMEDIATELY AND AFTER YOU GOT THE CONTRACT AND GIVE THEM THE DEPOSIT NEVER NEVER ANSWER AND CALL BACK YOU, FIND GOOD PLACE PLEASE FOR RENT.
