There was a leak in my condo during a storm. Camco sent a roofer out 1 time then they said they were going to fix whatever the problem was. Well. It is 1am at night and CAMCO did such an excellent job of fixing my roof that I am soaked in my bed from all the water streaming down from my fixed ceiling. Great job CAMCO and thanks for the extra early wake up call for my upcoming 12 hour work day.
Nothing like being woken up by yellow drip water sourced from your ceiling. Camco has 1 person, Brandon managing like 15 different properties. So we are just a number to them. But they were swift on raising out HOA fees this year. Improvements? Overflowing garbage, pool closed for the 2nd year, and a roof that won't stop leaking. Do not use Camco, does not deserve 1 star.

By FAR the absolute WORST management company I have ever worked with. Not only is it impossible to speak to a human being but even in the case of emergencies they do not respond. Their upper level management is rude and does not care whatsoever about owners. I am selling my unit due to Camco's absolutely awful management.

Horrible service. Unresponsive to resident inquiries. Consistently passes the buck to the HOA board rather than directly answering resident questions. Our previous and much better management company was way more open and accessible. I question what it is Camco actually manages. From here, it looks like all they do is forward emails from the board and collect payment for their terrible service. Wish we never switched from our previous management company who were significantly better. It's not even close.

My experience with Camco mgmt especially our property manager Ms Cindy queen was excellent. We recently moved from long islnad New York to Walingford to help our daughter's family. Since we are working and still own our old home so we come on weekends to fix our place over at Walinaford pa. We hired contractor to do remove our old dirty carpets but unfortunately our contractor was very rude demanding and loud and after he start working he doubled price than what he quote.
And he took money after removing carpet and he promised me u pay me first than only I will take carpet but guess what after he took money he left mv condo and started yelling and screaming loud and try to make me look bad and acting like I did not pay him at all when he noticed we are quiet respectful people. Luckily ms queen was in her office she heard contractor loud noise and she came out from her office.
She even allowed contractor to change date and she even allowed contractor unreasonable offer to throw old carpets from our 7 th floor balcony. But still he left and he took money and walked away. Ms queen helped me every possible way to resolve that situation. We always live in private home so move in to this condo was our first time experience. Thank u very much Ms Cindy. I really appreciate ur help very much.

The only word I can use use to describe CAMCO is "Abhorring". We bought a house with South down homes about 2 years ago. We live in woodbine East Village. We bought this house with high hopes and desires of living in a nice community. Never, did I imagine that I would run into a HOA management company like CAMCO. They are the worst. They never address any ones concerns, they are heavy handed in their approach and most off all they are an arrogant bunch.
They have made my experience living here, hell. We have had nothing but problems with them. Everything is an uphill battle and never do we get any prompt responses for queries. It been two years and they are yet to open the club house. We put in application for our deck, it's been a year and they kept giving us excuse after excuse with out explaining why?
They never give you a status update unless you ask and their responses are usually "NO" to our requests no matter how trivial they may be. They dictate everything with out sighting any reasons to why? They approve similar requests in other communities they manage but they reply to our requests after repeated requests for a status update, with a negative response.
It feels like they are some how biased on how they treat different communities. Certain people in my community get approvals for what ever they want and other like me have to fight for everything. I wish I had never bought into this community, only because of this management company. It feels like living in a theocracy where the resident actually pay to live miserably.

Horrible. I swear all they do is sit home and write emails filled with excuse after excuse instead of holding contractors responsible for their work. They are also good at scaring your board members into unreasonable "rules" and keeping most of your communities' amenities closed. Would not recommend to any HOA looking for a new management company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I live at SHT Society Hill Towers, and endeavor to pay my condo fees promptly, but every year, maybe 2x a year there is a mistake make, and to try and solve issue, one can call numerous times, be put on hold for long stretches of time. It can take days to settle mistake. Don't know why they are even still a business.

I live in Woodbine East Village Community and I own a property here. I am here since Aug-2020. I submitted my one year checklist on August-2021 asking to clean my gutter which was completely logged. There is no response for the multiple calls and emails and this Friday evening we got a mass communication send out stating that there is going to be a gutter cleaning on Monday 12/20 and we are forced to get it cleaned and we have to pay few bucks out of pocket.
Surprised to know that its not covered in the HOA that we are paying. And shocking to see that I need to wait last 6 months for the HOA to take care of this. To whoever from Camco, we are not happy with your service you provide to the residents and we are not looking for anyone to clean our protected gutter that we took care of. I am posting this as no one responds to our email or call.

This company provide zero level of service. They take forever to resolve you issue unless they take benefit from it. And never try to call them because it always left you to voice mail. And email them? Yeah, you could try that 10 email with 1 reply without resolving issue. If you ask questions that they need to lie about it, good luck you get the answer before you grandson graduate from college.
