They deserve NO stars No customer service what so ever the owners of my apt complex need to find another source because Loren Levy makes them look pitiful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality doesn't give tenants any notice of extremely intrusive outside work. IE REPLACING ROOFING AND REPAIRING/INSTALLING THE GUTTERS WHILE UNDER QUARANTINE. Hard to work from home with consistent banging not to mention people looking through the windows. Think they would care a little bit about the tenants. Too much to ask in these times.
