Blackstone Realty & Management has been managing my rental properties for over seven years. Dante and his support staff, especially Gaby Martinez, have been professional and prompt with their support all these years. Dante got the unit ready, staged, and sold one of the properties just recently. Blackstone's year-end statement on each property makes tax preparation so much easier. I would recommend Blackstone Realty to anyone looking for professional property management.

Dante and his team at Blackstone have been managing our rental property for more than 3 years and I couldn't be more happier with our decision to go with them. Tenant screening is one of the most important first steps to avoiding future issues and Blackstone excelled in it.

They were also quick to address any issues our tenants had. Dante also kept us informed on the housing market, and always promptly answered any of our questions. He even helped sell our property during this time of the Covid pandemic. Dante and the team consistently earned our business and I would not hesitate to use them again. I only wish they could manage our rental in Orange County.

My experience with them as a tenant was really great. They were dedicated, helpful and fair. If something needed to be repaired, they sent someone immediately or came out themselves to take care of whatever the issue was. Dante, the owner, was professional and lightning fast.
