Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Called for a broken toilet handle took 2 days to be replaced and the owner sent her husband to fix it which it wasnt fixed who was the same guy who came last time with no tools asking to borrow mine very poor maintenance done and lack of care

I didn't feel like the last property management company was doing a very good job of.managing my properties, so I decided to search for another company. I came across Sentry Property Management and decided to see what they could do for me. After one year Sentry Property Management got everything back in order. All the bills were caught up, they gave me monthly reports of everything, offered me advice on things and got me reliable tenants. Also they actually respond to my questions in a timely manner which is refreshing. They went above and beyond with the parameters I gave them.

Terrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone and rarely calls back. Units are loaded with vermin too, ants, roaches and mice. Just an absolute horrible experience there!
