It takes companies with the determination, leadership, and morale like Stiles Construction to change cities, and they have truly done so in Fort Lauderdale, Florida into the beautiful cityscape it is today. The talent has brought so many beautiful structures to the area it makes you wonder if they sky, no pun intended, is the limit. Stiles is also a great community player and continues to invest heavily in its home city and beyond. The people of Fort Lauderdale are lucky having Stiles in their coroner.

Stiles Corporation creates Parking Nightmare! Stiles recently sold it's corporate headquarters to Franklin Templeton and moved a block south. With that move, a parking debacle was created. Stiles gave it's retailers of 8 years located in the Bank of America Building at 401 E Las Olas Blvd two days notice that they had to immediately discontinue parking in the adjacent Las Olas Place garage. Terry Stiles was contacted and the retailers were given and additional 15 days.
The offer was subsequently withdrawn by the Stiles Property Manager, Judy Carter. Stiles generally has a great reputation, but what happened guys. I guess money really does talk?
