Clumsy management company fails to treat the rental business as a service business. At the SAAHC Landing Apartments in San Antonio, Texas, Perry Reid Regional Manager Bethany Wilson shelters her local hires at cost to the owners, with no regard for tenant experience, or interest in finding out what's really going on at the property. Amazingly, Ms. Wilson backs the manager here in harassment of tenants for community organizing up to and including eviction filing based on hearsay and easily proved libel, even as the manager disrespects Ms. Wilson by disregarding Ms. Wilson's direct, written instructions to complete in-unit repairs for current tenants. My own eviction case filed in my 6th year living here awaits jury trial

My step son and wife rent from these awful people, terrible management, ac compressor is bad but running, they tell them every home in Texas is hot during summer. WOW. $400 electric bill, $300 plus for purchase of portable air conditioner, several complaints, housing authority stated multiple cases under investigation. One inspector came by and pointed out everything else wrong and didn't look at the fact it was 80 degrees in apartment by noon thirty. a shame.
On top of all this they have a 2 and 7 year old grand babies, I would never subject anyone to rent from this company at any of there locations. I think of Florida apartments collapsed and this reminds me of the same Slum Lord attitude. Looks can be very deceiving

Lived at the lodge apartments here in Lincoln Ne. Which is Perry Reid properties an was only in the apartment for a year. Which after 2 months in a one bedroom. I came to realized the bed bugs. Manager of lodge said theres no bugs. But yet they charged me 500 for bug cleaning which I fought. Btw when I moved out at end of lease they slapped me with $1,500. So I called Perry Reid ask to speak with Tammy's boss. Guess what never called me back after leaving messages after messages. Worst joke of properties
