Hello, please, I am trying to contact you since I need to move in about a week and I do not know how to contact you since the office in Charlotte was closed HPY and the phone does not work and it always sends you to the mailbox and I have sent many messages and you They don't call me or anything, how could I contact you as soon as possible?

I would recommend this property management company to anyone! Making a cross country move is stressful, but renting with Victory was one of the least stressful parts of the transition. I've gone through a lot of property management companies while renting my apartment in Charlotte, NC and Victory has by far been the best to work with. I've had some nightmare experiences in the past with previous property management companies and I'm very happy to finally have landed with Victory. Their online portal is super easy to use and they are always very responsive to my maintenance requests.

Victory Property management company helped me out starting with an eviction process. Had a bad tenant who was not paying the rent and they helped me out with the problem and took over managing the property, found me a great tenant who is not only maintaining the property nicely, but now have also renewed the rental contract already. I have also gave them another property of mine and within 2 weeks found a new tenant for me at the rent I was expecting. Catherine and Jennifer are the 2 managers I worked with and both have been great at all the times. Any questions I have at anytime, they are easily approachable and answers my questions at all the times.

Let me start by saying, I do not post reviews. BUT, as Victory Property Management saved my family from not having a home, I feel the need. My family and I moved to NC as the pandemic started in 2020, making it impossible to buy a house as the housing market came to stand still. We were fortunate to find Victory Property Management as their online services and ability to look at properties to rent on your own was extremely easy and convenient.

As this is my first time leasing a home, I was a little intimidated, our first few months were "ok" as we had a couple of things we wanted fixed and not much was accomplished. But once Catherine took over our account, things really got moving. She constantly followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and was extremely responsive any time we asked a question. Overall, I must say this experience has been a positive one with Victory Property Management and I would and have recommended them.
