Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. You'll need to provide your contact information, where you've lived, who will be residing with you, income and other personal information. We'll process applications in the order in which they are received and as quickly as possible.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

My partner and I lived in a property in Burlingame, CA managed by Rockaway Residential for the past year and had a wonderful experience. Kristine actually tipped us off to the apartment when we were touring another place in early 2021 and it was a gem! She is super friendly and responsive, and the website is easy to navigate and use pay rent or submit maintenance requests.
We experienced a couple issues with a leak and pests while we lived in the apartment and she always had someone booked to come take a look/fix the issue by the next day. Couldn't recommend Kristine and Rockaway enough!

It was really great to wind up dealing with her, a friendly and competent person, for the move out instead of the faceless contractors we'd been dealing with for the majority of our lease. She made it clear exactly what we needed to do to have a smooth move out, and notified us of our deposit being returned well within the mandated period. Thanks Kristine!

Kristine is helpful and straightforward. I applied for a rental apartment in SF, she called me the next morning to set a viewing appointment. The application and approval process is clear. Kristine was quite patient when some references were not reachable, and was relatively flexible with the move-in date. She kindly organized carpet shampooing 2 days before I moved in.
The apartment was in good condition. When I mentioned that I might be out-of-town on the scheduled fire inspection date, Kristine kindly offered to be present instead. In a nutshell, Kristine is a reliable and supportive apartment manager, highly recommended.

Kristine Abbey is a Professional, Reliable and Honest person to do business with.
