Authority Property Management made a very stressful time so much less so. Everyone interaction I had with multiple team members was terrific. So helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

They have made the process of applying to moving in very easy. No stress and gets back promptly. Compared to other managements, this was the best experience.

By Far the best Property Management Company in Redding. The staff is amazing and especially the Owners Aaron and Joline. When I first met them, they were in a small office downtown years ago and they were beyond helpful getting me and my family into a place. I have maintained a professional relationship with them ever since. They are the only property management company in Redding that I have ever been treated well at.

They are extremely knowledgeable and make sure that their staff is as well. I really could go on and on about them because they have gone out of their way to provide such an Amazing experience for myself and my family over the years.

Make sure you read through these reviews, many of the five star reviews are left by property owners not tenets. Meaning they cater to landlords, not you. APM has been playing with me, playing games, putting up properties and collecting application fees and then taking down the properties for a week, and putting them back up. Be wary. Buyer beware.

Called in to see if I could co sign for my parents for a rental property. The lady was very snobby and stated they do not take co signers and do not accept renters with less than 650 credit scores. Short sighted and unnecessary.

My experience with Authority Property Management (APM) has been nothing but good so far. We had a few problems with our rental when we moved in and the team at APM jumped right on it! Replacing doors, windows, CO alarms, you name it they had it covered in a timely and very professional manner. Personally I haven't had much luck with getting my past property managements to help with anything, and I'm happy I feel like I have a property management now that will actually help me when the time calls.

This company says that you have to have atleast a 650 credit score due to fair housing that's a lie so many other rental companies don't require that. Plus we're in a pandemic. And everyone knows you won't get your deposit back with this company either that's probably why so many home owners go thru them to rent out for them. Not a good company to rent from

Professional, Helpful and motivated property management team. I recommended them to a family member and her home was rented in 2 days. It makes me so happy to be able to recommend a service and have them follow through and get the job done. Thank you Authority!

They list fake apartments with low prices to attract applicants, once you apply and pay the application fee, they will tell you that the owner did not select your application, because they want you to apply for a more expensive apartment. I have an excellent credit score and a stable income of 6x the rent and every time I apply for a small apartment through them, they tell me the owner did not select you and we don't know the reason!

They seem to help places get filled. However, do not expect to get your deposit back. I helped someone clean the rental they were moving out of and they still sent someone in their supposedly to clean and charge $30 per hour to clean things that were already cleaned. The place was old and wasn't very clean and move in. There were constant problems with plumbing leaking in the bathroom kitchen and even the hot water heater.

I took a long time to get repairs done after several calls and text messages. Then they send in repair people who are in training and look like they were there to work as part of a rehab program either from jail or something else. Two guys usually showed up and one admitted that he did not have very much experience and was in training. Most of the work that this place authorizes is a very bare minimum patch up and not a true or actual repair.

At move out they refuse to do a final walk-through and use covid as an experience so there was no way to document what was or wasn't done with this so-called property manager. Then at the very maximum time frame that they can hold your deposit you have to call and bug them and then they send you a statement with a lot of money deducted for somebody doing work that didn't exist, he'll probably doesn't even have a green card.

Authority Property Management is really know that they are doing. APM helped me for my 3 lease properties , I have no complaints at all, very professional, responsible team, reasonable service fees , they are the best ! I would highly recommend!

Helpful and efficient! Our previous landlord changed agencies and when we returned to Authority Property Mgt, it was with such relief that they would actually do what was required in a timely and professional manner. Best of all was that they remembered us! Such good customer service!

My husband and I have had exceptional service from Authority on our rental properties. They are the only property management company that I have found that is conscientious and honest in their dealings with both the owners and the renters. Highly recommended.

Super awesome place. There are some other property companies in town and of all the ones around this one takes the Cake by a long shot. Great service, helpful beyond getting you into a place and that is priceless. Needing a place in Redding to rent from, use these guys and gals.

This management team foresees everything. I have been both a renter, and am now a landlord with them. If you need management for your property to be taken care off, this is it. Leave your property under their care, and they will make you money. Vice -versa if you rent under them, your rental will be kept up, and serviced right away with their team.

I've been working with Authority Property Management for a little over a month. They have been fantastic with helping me renovate and prepare to rent out my property. I've worked with other property managers in the past and none of them were as helpful or responsive as APM. I feel very reassured by their level of attention to detail.

If I were in charge at APM I would give that woman a raise because good employees -- those who are professional and have great communication skills -- make all the difference in property management.

I have had no problems with Authority Property Management. They listen, and do their best to resolve issues quickly. I have not waited for long periods of time to get a repair.

Authority has been an amazing management company. This company does great business. They are reliable, dependable, and honest. We will definitely be using them in the future. We need more people like them in this industry.

I recently used Authority PM to find a tenant for my property. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client they've ever had, but they treated me like I was. More importantly, they found an excellent tenant very quickly and handled minor glitches as smoothly as you can imagine. I'm sure they handle major glitches well also, but seem to be very good at avoiding major glitches in the first place.

Professionalism at its finest!!! A pleasure to work with. Imagine giving someone your name and situation, then sitting back, putting your feet up, and knowing everything will be taken care of. That is the feeling you get here. Always smiling; always going above and beyond. I have never run into people more on top of their domain. I would highly recommend (and do).

We’ve only been renting from Authority a short while, but all I can say are good things. There is always someone to help to answer your questions and response time is amazing! I much prefer their option to text due to my busy work schedule and things get sorted out easily. Great company and great people! Thank you for your care!
