We rented a condo for 12 months from McGuire. When we moved in there was still work that needed to be done. Unfortunately one of the construction crew punctured a water line and there was extensive water damage to the property. McGuire did everything they could to get things fixed up and repaired as quickly as possible. They even gave us one months free rent because we were living in construction for awhile.
Any time we had maintenance requests after that they responded quickly and resolved all issues. As far as property management companies go, it could be far worse. McGuire was great to work with during the time we lived at that property.

We have used McGuire Property Management for more than ten years to manage two rental properties (a duplex and a fourplex). Julie and her team are responsive, good problem-solvers, professional, and good at dealing with a wide range of tenant issues and problems. I have recommended McGuire Property Management to others who have since engaged her, and they have also been pleased.

Definitely NOT an Ideal place to do business with if you are a minority with government rental assistance. I am A African American who rented from Julie. It was in a rough neighborhood surrounded by druggies including the neighbors that lived above me. A year later when my lease was up I decided to move to a more suitable rental not managed by Julie, as her offer was on the table to rent another unit in an area that was nice, but Not within a reasonable distance to my then given situation of the government assistance that I was receiving.
Since I didn't accept her offer, she then kept my deposit and made additional charges against me thereafter moving out that I WAS NOT aware of, as the apartment itself was unkowingly infested with rodents & bugs, damaged interior, & the previous tenant had even left furniture inside the place that was not properly cleaned before i moved in! I moved in the place cleaning and exterminating myself!
It was tagged writings on the walls that clearly noted it was sereno gang members that lived there before me and they trashed the place! I don't recommend anyone of color to rent from this property management, especially if you don't have the means or support to fight back legally! Rent in Colorado is already hard enough, & to take advantage of minorities and the less fortunate for your own financial gain is pretty shallow!

I lived a their Sunnyside Condominiums location on Elkhart and Mississippi in Aurora. There has been a cocaroach infestation in multiple buildings for multiple years consecutively. This location is not family ideal as they have multiple gang members living here along with dealing drugs on the property and leaving paraphernalia and alcohol bottles on the premises. DO NOT RENT AT SUNNYSIDE! My dog almost died because he ate crack cocain that was left on the ground by the pool/mailboxes. Management is pretty respectable and other locations will suit you better.

I was a tenant of McGuire Property Management for 4 1/2 years and I think they are great. Julie is very nice and easy to work with and Stacy in the office always gets back to you in a timely manner. They fix maintenance issues right away. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend their services.

Mcguire Property management is by far one of the most responsive, caring property management companies that I have worked with. I have worked with this team for years now. They always take care of tenants issues in a timely manner when it comes to maintenance and appliance repair.
