Our professional business uses the latest software technology to give property owners and renters the best experience possible. We advertise on every popular available rental site such as Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, etc that will quickly gain interest. Applications are scrutinized very closely and we view their credit report, criminal history, eviction history, current income, previous rental history and other factors. After a tenant is approved we have them sign our comprehensive lease agreement that is constantly updated with any change in law.

Chris Bump is the most responsible, professional, efficient and kind property manager on the planet. His assistant Aida is top notch. I have had my property managed by him for years and it has taken so much pressure off of me and given me such relief. They answered all our questions professionally and politely. We had so many questions regarding the property and they were very patient in listening to every word we said, and precisely answered all our inquiries.

Chris Bump has been handling the rental of my condo in San Diego for a couple of years. I live in Nevada and its piece of mind to know Chris is managing my property, he has done an outstanding job. I have tried other rental property managements in San Diego and he is by far the best I've worked with. Recently Chris became my realtor and sold my condo within a month.
He again impressed me by doing an outstanding job. Since I live out of state, Chris is hands on, he helped me with remodel/repairs on my condo in order to put it on the market. I highly recommend Chris as a property manager and a Realtor.

I really can't say enough good things about Chris Bump and Aide Carta. I first stumbled across them in June 2011 through a rental listing they had on Craigslist. I was in love with the space, but admittedly had some shaky credit due to a Chapter 13 I'd filed earlier that year. So while my income, rental history and other important stuff was stellar, my FICO had taken a beating. Chris went to bat for me with the owner and I wound up beating out a small pile of other interested applicants.
I lived in that rental for 3.5 years (every time there was any inkling of a repair / maintenance problem, they were on it!) and the only reason I moved out was because the owner decided to sell. What I can say, is out of all the property management companies I've dealt with in the past, these guys are hands down the cream of the proverbial crop. They're wonderful.

I have been working with Chris Bump on my condo rental. I live in Northern California and have a condo in San Diego where my daughter went to college. When she moved away I was wondering what to do with the place. Chris has made this transition easy. He and his team ensured to property was in perfect condition. Within 3 weeks of speaking with Chris the place was in rental condition and rented (One less worry for me).

We have been having Chris manage our house for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say, there are never any problems that arent taken care of quickly, they have very good contractors working for them. Rent is paid quickly from their online system. His rates are the best out there and he was able to get the house rented to quality renters in under 2 weeks. Overall we are extremely happy with Property Management Executives and would recommend them to anyone looking for propert management.

I have used Property Management Executives to take care of my townhouse for around 10 years. They have done an excellent job finding qualified tenants who always pay on-time. I appreciate how I'm always notified when a repair needs to be completed. Also, they do an annual inspection and recommend maintenance that might be needed in the future. The rent shows up in my checking account at the beginning of every month, which couldn't be easier. I would recommend them to anyone needing a property manager.
