Pheasant Run Apartments

I moved into pheasent run a year and a half ago. At first the apartment complex was not bad and the staff seemed alright but then i ran into problems with being blamed for noise complaints that i couldnt of done because i was working two jobs at the time. Any time i emailed them or put in a request with questions or things that needed to be fixed they never answered or ahowed up.

I dont know why but it was that way the entire time i lived there. They kept charging me for a wifi motom i didnt have and had multiple comversations with them over but still being charged. I dont know why but my lease ended june 1st and they are charging me tent for after that time even though i do not love there past that point. On top of that occupents in apartment 1559 are very loud aggressive and it was very unsafe living next to them.

Multiple times i wad woken up from sleep to the male trying to kick the door down because the women wouldnt open it because of their issues also they leave their trash out in the hallway for weeks at a time before it is removed causing the hallway and apartment to stink. I DO NOT reccomend if you want a carefree environment to live in and feel safe. They are unprofessional and just dont care about you and your needs.

This has been the 2 worst years of living situations in my life. And that is after living in a fraternity for 4 years. After many tickets put in for a fridge that leaks and doesn't keep things cold or freezes them, they have still not fixed that problem. I am now going on my third day without any A/C in 90 degree weather. I've called over 5 times, put in an emergency ticket that is supposedly "24/7", and a man came to my door yesterday to inform me it would be fixed today. Well, my apartment is currently 87 degrees, so fixed?

It is not. This apartment complex is simply awful. They will do anything they can to screw you into fees on rent. They are lazy, don't answer phone calls when it is nearing closing time, and it seems as if they do not care if you are living well or not. I would highly recommend being homeless or living out of your car before signing a lease at Pheasant Run Apartments. Absolutely awful!

This place is horrible. Water damage ceilings. Heater and air conditioning problems every couple months. The one on call maintenance guy that will just ruin your apartment more than fix it. You can call the office a million times and get no where with them. You just have to remind them every week. Dryer has been out for 4 weeks and not only will the second party washer and dryer company say it's a maintenance problem rather than their problem. Almost $900 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is a joke.

Place sucks, tenants had to shovel own sidewalks and parking spots after snow. Have furnace issues that refuse to repair or replace. Lots littered with trash. Certain dogs on forbidden list however can skirt around and go get a emotional support certificate of which is super easy! Place is a joke!

Me and my family just moved in recent and I have to say I am extremely happy with the service that was provided, everyone is very friendly and quick responses when it came to fix something an they were happy to do the job and it was very well done! Communication was open and clear, upon moving in I was well informed about all amenities and nearby things including Schools stores and parks that I was asking about, I have moved around alot and dealt with alot of ugly people but I am again super happy with where I'm at now. Thank you guys so much!

Wow this is the first apartment complex I have lived in in 15 years with an ACTUALLY FAST response time for maintenance concerns, Jesse was on top of my very small list of things I wanted adjusted at my move in walkthrough. The staff is friendly and informative, the grounds are clean, and the facility's are always taken care of. If you are looking for a place in the area I strongly encourage you to be my neighbor here.

I have to say I'm impressed with the move in process! My experience renting had been chaotic in the past, but they made this process easy and smooth. I'm in love with my apartment and the view is wonderful.

The experience here has been great thus far! Working with leasing was a breeze and the staff we have interacted with have been great. Any work requests have been completed in a timely manner and everyone has been helpful overall. This is a great place for us to get started!

Since I've moved in maintenance has been really good and has made sure I've stayed safe in my apartment. The office always answers my questions right away. It's a really cute apartment for the price I pay. The gym is well kept up. I love living here, my neighbors are great too.

Update on the wasps! I've lived here since June and have had wasps coming into my apartment for weeks now with no action on the Pheasant Run side. They came and sprayed the bugs twice, neither time did anything to help the situation. It's still a daily frustration. I've gotten very good at taking the buggers down, but it isnt a problem that I should be dealing with. Pheasant Run refuses any solid action to help me with this issue.

I've called them countless times and they know that they wasps are a problem. They keep telling me that the wasps will die from the cold, but they are still coming through my air vents. I do not reccomend living here, Pheasant Run are not proactive about work orders and if you have a problem like mine you have to make it Their problem to get it even looked at.

My dishwasher has never worked properly since I moved in here. It was looked at at least 3 times by maintenance staff and it still does not work. They have absolutely left me alone with this issue.
