Love living in these apartments, management staff is the Best! Christian and Shane in the front office are so nice, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is so quick to fix things. The pool is so enjoyable. If you're looking for a luxury apartment complex, look no further

Great community. I had an issue with my fridge and the maintenance came in a matter of minutes. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is always so nice. I loved living here and will definitely come back next summer.

Love these apartments, management staff is the Best! They were very helpful in explaining in detail on what the SMART COMMUNITY processes are. Love the fact our trash is picked up right outside our door (Greenway Trash Removal). Non-smoking, pet friendly community which is great for my family.

We lived here for only a year but my goodness was it an eventful year. Beginning of the year we had problems with the apartments being dirty and things not put in place when we moved in. Then a few months later we had someone shatter our vans windows, front, back, and sides. $2000 to fix. We pay that in rent and utilities but yet there are no cameras and it's not even a gated community so from then on we did not feel safe.

This followed by packages being stolen, groceries being stolen when delivered, and there was a big lack of communication with the front office because they didn't seem to really care that our mail wasn't also being delivered. We complained several times and we had multiple items returned to sender because of a sleuth of problems. In the end we just sent out mail elsewhere. Just beware, do your move in inspection thoroughly and get a P.O. Box. Also internet is soooo bad.

If you're looking for a new home, I highly suggest Bella Vista Apartments! Not only is the location and the apartments themselves absolutely beautiful, they have different activities for you to partake in and you have almost complete access to the entire grounds. You're A few minutes away from food or any fun activity you want to partake in the town.

If there was ever a need that needed met, the staff was there and on point to get it figured out. I highly recommend this place. Not to mention. A lot of the staff members there are very good looking!

I contacted Bella Vista yesterday for a tour possibly. I am relocating from another city to Fishers. I talked with Christian who was so knowledgeable and kind. We were able to tour an apartment and he showed us all of the grounds there and amenities. He was amazing and answered every question we had. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like Christian! Thanks so much!

I've really been trying to hold off on reviewing, to give the Edward and Sons staff time to remedy the biggest complaint we have about living here: the walls + ceilings are beyond thin. Our neighbors are INCREDIBLY loud and stampede across the floor all day long making it hard to concentrate during home school and work from home hours, it scares my cat, and has been happening since we moved in May of 2021.

We've complained about it first in May and between two different property managers. I was finally told by the current property manager Taylor, that no one has "been able to get a hold of the tenant in the unit." so the entire time our complaint has just been collecting dust and nothing was ever done about it until now that we are calling every day and notifying them of the continuance of this disturbance.

Currently my family and I are having to wait for "a solution to come from the regional manager." through this disruptive noise. So if there's an actual remedy or solution I think my star rating would be higher as the apartment is aesthetically appealing (with some items that lack quality ) and a decent place to live. The common areas of the building often need clean up, and that process will happen if you complain about it to the office staff.

The internet is literal trash though, no matter what package you get. You aren't able to select your own provider you must use who they've contracted. A router helped our household actually obtain the top speed package we pay for otherwise you won't even get the speed advertised. Maintenance is usually kind and speedy. Grounds are beautiful. Lacks a playground for children in the complex yet has a dog park. Coming from Chicago this is decently priced rent to us. Apartments are spacious (we have a 3 bd 2ba unit).

I do hope that I can have a better outlook as we wanted to stay until we were ready to buy our own home. but currently we are even considering breaking the lease the noise above is so disturbing.

Christian and Donny are always super helpful whenever I have questions. They're a great office team! The pool is amazing in the summer!

The staff here has been absolutely fantastic! They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area.

The front desk associates (Christian & Donnie) are amazing! They have been informative and communicative with every request and question we have had. We may only be in Bella Vista for a short time, but they made it feel like "home."

I have only lived here for about a month but I love it! Very friendly staff, work gets done quickly, and super nice apartments. I have always felt safe here and it really does feel like home after being here for only a month.

Bella Vista is very conveniently located with being so close to the interstate, but far enough away that you don't get the traffic noise. They have a very friendly office staff who respond quickly as well as a great maintenance team. The community feel and being so close to Cheeney Creek Trail are also great features. I would definitely recommend Bella Vista!
