Critical: Responsiveness There is very poor communication, maintenance requests have gone completely ignored, a payment failed to go through and they waited over a week to inform after racking up late fees. The website is not very user friendly, and I've received emails for other properties. Very frustrated with the lack of diligence.

I have been using Austin Property Management to rent my house out for me for over a year now. I live out of State and it is so reassuring to know my house is being managed by a company that provides high-level service so I do not have to be worried about my place. They do thorough back ground checks on potential tenants that also include credit check. They were able to get to top dollar rent on my place. 100% please with the service I am getting.

We've been tenants under Austin Property Management Pros for over 6 years and they have been wonderful to deal with. Every issue we have had with the property had been dealt with in a very timely manner. We have had to break our lease due to purchasing a new home and they facilitated our move out with the landlord and made it as easy as possible. Due to the stress of buying a house we were so worried about what to do. They helped and guided us through everything. Thanks for the 6 years.

Excellent company with true attention to detail. We had a bad tenant that was placed by our realtor and was not paying. They were able to get the tenant out and helped us find the great tenants we have now. It was such an ordeal but they handled it quickly and now they manage our property. Thanks guys!

Austin Property Management Pros at 9600 Great Hills Trl, Ste 150W, Austin, TX 78759 As applicants: Sondra Clayton cancelled our viewing an hour prior to the appointment due to no electricity in the unit and with no intent to reschedule. We went with an agent who showed us the unit 2 days later. After submitting our application to her we didn't get a timely response until I said I'd submit a poor review.
As a homeowner; If you'd like to save money definitely turn to Austin Property Management Pros to rent out and manage your place for you. Maybe every once in a while they'll buck up and show some self-driven qualities, or you can clean up the mess afterward $$$. I am so sorry that I had a poor experience and I am certain that their excuses are valid.

I have been with Austin Property Management Pros for three years and the service provided has been great. Responses to questions I have about my property have been informative and timely. The accounting department is really professional. I get my rent checks on-time and at the same time every month. They have not missed once in three years. I've been using Austin Property Management Pros for over 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. I am an out of state investor with property in the Austin market and their services are seamless, timely, and efficient. I get my statement each and every month like clockwork and if I ever have questions, I have the ability to give Michael a call.and most of the time, he picks up.
Their timeline on renting out my property has never taken more than a week which reduces overhead. This is partially because of their simple process and the good relations they keep with their tenants, my last tenant signed a two year lease! I would recommend Austin Property Management Pros to any investor looking to take the hands off approach and you cant beat the flat rate they offer, unheard of!

We have been working with Mr. Michael Roberts from Austin Property Management Pros for a while. They manage the rental of our home in Meadows of Brushy Creek in Austin, while we are out of the country and we are pleased with their good service. We are always in touch with Mr. Roberts. If we need to reach him and we are not able to, we leave a message or write him an email and his response is prompt and kind.
It is a relief to have them take care of the process in order to get our property rented out as well as take care of all the things that need to be done before, during anf after a move in, like repairs, lawn care, property showings, credit checks, rent collection, routine inspections. all those things etc. The best part is that they only charge their management fee when there is a tenant in the house, even though they still manage the property when the house is not being rented. It has made things so much more easier for us.
