Do not rent from this property management company. They kept my security deposit and also insisted I owned an additional almost $8,000. They gave me a estimate of charges, not in actual invoice. Charged me for items I am not responsible as a tenant as well as removing items that were installed prior to me moving in. I tried to work with the company and even ask to talk to the owner since the leasing agents went getting back to me, and was told told there was no owner to talk to and I had to go through them.

After many calls and email to the office with no response, they sent me to debt collections. I have also asked for receipts of work done and items fixed as required by law after and never received. Awful company, I now have a bad mark on my credit as well as gave to go to court to recover my money.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and lovely home! I was introduced to Nancy and Randy Smith who were incredibly knowledgeable about the home and presented it well! They were very professional and informed me of the details in the approval process of being a perspective good tenant! During my tour of the home, I felt safe and secure!

My experience with real property management hasn't been the best. I had multiple experiences that needed urgent assistance: I emailed, called, exercised all my channels of getting help and it was like no one cared (I would get no form of communication back). Thankfully I got in touch with Allen at the main office, he was the only member who would call me back consistently and was attentive whenever I had a concern. He has now become a great poc for me when issues arrive. Thanks Allen for making my situation better with your consistency!

My experience with Real Property Management has been professional, helpful and accommodating. Kelly helped me start the process of applying, and offered to follow up with me for any questions. I felt confident to apply and even with the $49.00 being non-refundable, I feel secure that I will find a great new home. Randy showed me the property listing I was interested in and helped me initially when I couldn't locate the address. I would recommend RPM to anyone who is seeking a new home.

My family and I have resided in this building for over 10 years and have never experienced such a terrible property management company before. Our fellow neighbors are also in agreement with us. This company finds any excuse to charge us for their expenses. 1% "Technology fee" added to out RENT because the cost of their office supplies & use of their business has increased?

All of us have suffered from this pandemic & the current economy. That is just ABSURD. There is an Admin fee also included with no description of what that is, parking spaces do not come included in the rent & renters insurance is mandatory with at least $100,000 liability coverage. They constantly shut down the water & any time you request maintenance they will charge you a fee when nothing has been done or fixed. ON TOP of all those expenses, the property itself is unattended.

The laundry machines are always broken, the place is filthy & none of the amenities are available to the residents. Many complaints have been made & nothing seems to improve. We have all had enough of this abuse and further action will be taken.

Angie at property management was a life saver. Nobody loves the feeling of moving, especially when time is coming down to the wire. Everyone at Real Property was honest, helpful, and made the process of finding a new home smoother than anticipated. The attentiveness, cordialness, and grasping the gravity of finding a place to call home was met well above my expectations.

Called this place looking for some info on a property. Kelly went above and beyond to answer my questions. He also treated me like a human instead of just another number, and that went so far. When telling people about my situation, I'm so used to just summing it up as fast as possible because people don't want to hear it, and I hate annoying them. Kelly made me knock off that "auto pilot response" right away and encouraged a normal conversation with rapport. It made my morning! We should all be more kind like Kelly. 12/10 stars for Kelly's customer service. Highly recommend.

I had Danny come and do a home inspection today. He was very professional and accommodating. He was respectful of the fact I was working from home and had zoom classes in progress. He listened to concerns in had and took note. I was very pleased with todays inspection.

I have been with RPM for a little over 2 years now and they are the best. I hope I do not ever have to deal with another property management but them. Anytime I have a service request they are always on it the same day. I have never had to wait for any type of service at all. Alexis always makes me feel like I am their number 1 priority.
