I tried to rent a property from them, and they are very rude and unprofessional! I should have read their ratings before I wasted my money on trying to rent one of their houses. Worst company ever! I'm letting all my friends and family know, so they don't have to waste their time and money on this awful realtor company.

This office in particular is ran by the most ignorant and greedy people around! 0 stars for them, we rented a townhome in Phoenix. The place we rented was broken into and all of our stuff taken, we had to argue with them to come and install new locks and replace the one that had been broken during the break in, not to mention no sympathy or compassion shown to our family when we reported the incident.
When we decided to break our lease she told us we had to pay her the 250$ advertising fee even though we were the ones who advertised the place and found a new renter. Handed in keys with all receipts and gave forwarding address, they never sent anything to confirm the return and then later sent us a bill for over 300$ even though we never got back the money for our mailbox keys and the pool key.
They are always looking for as much money as they can get from you, will never be respectful or kind and are just plain rude. We sent courteous business format emails and they were so unprofessional they would only send one line snappy and rude responses back without even simple salutations. Do not get involved with this company, they will ruin your life providing horrible rentals, and horrible service.

8139 E Beardsley wish I could give a negative star We were tenants in this property from July 2010 to Feb 2014 and it was one of the worst experiences of our lives. I would like to enumerate our issues: The second master bedroom did not have a sun screen and with a western exposure was a sweat box. No amount of adjustment of the air conditioning could maintain a decent temperature.
This room was the primary factor for our electric bills soaring close to $600.00 level in the summer months. We had requested at our expense to either obtain sun screens or install a sun barrier coating on the arcadia door. This request was inexplicably denied. Living in the desert the air conditioner was not working and required repair when we moved in on July 19, 2010.
The unit broke down every summer we were there and the repairman joked here we are again our annual visit. These repairs necessitated our making arrangements to stay in a hotel. A request for reimbursement of our costs was denied. The garage door opener broke twice and each time it took several days to get it repaired. Fortunately we had someone at home at all times so the house was protected.
The fridge would inexplicably shut down and when we requested a service call it took ten days and the repairmen knew nothing about the model and a second call was required. The fridge was never satisfactorily repaired during our tenancy. When we moved out we had the residence cleaned by Stanley Steamer carpet, Molly Maid floors and bathrooms and I trimmed the trees and shrubs around the house.
Our last day there was Wednesday Feb 26 and on Thursday and Friday we retained the above mentioned cleaners. They finished after 5PM and since there is no drop box at their facility on Monday morning I returned the keys and garage door openers, which no longer worked even though we had put in new batteries. They are required by law to process our deposit check with 15 business days and we were surprised on March 21 not to receive a check, but a letter detailing several outstanding issues and that estimates were required to repair some damage and do some cleaning.
In addition they were withholding 3 days rent for the late return of the keys which considering it was over the weekend we thought that behavior was mean spirited and disreputable on their part. After threatening legal action, we finally received the majority of our deposit but were still charged for three days rent, cleaning even though we had provided receipts, landscaping even though it was 3 weeks after we left when the property was inspected and a major storm had hit the area, and $50.00 to reconnect the gas hose to the BBQ a task that would have to be done by the gas company prior to turning on service.
Throughout our stay we found the RPM representatives and management to be rude and indifferent to our issues. They appear to be the only property management company that not only charges the landlord an administration fee but the tenants as well. I was never given a satisfactory answer for the reason other than greed. We certainly did not receive any value for the monthly charge. I would tell anyone considering renting this or any other property managed by them to stay as far away as possible and to hold on to their wallet.

Honestly. I'm not even sure if they deserve a 1 star. Just rented from this property in april. gave them a week notice to get everything situated I mean it is AS IS so it should've been cleaned and ready. Smh never again. Terrible people had to threaten for them to do they damn job. We ended up cleaning the whole house. I better get my money back. Never EVER EVER AGAIN!

I agree totally. Everything with this company was a total nightmare. Laurie has to be the most miserable person to deal with. To top it off when the person that owns my house finally had the good sense to fire them and manage the property himself RPTM decided that they would still take rent from my checking. Mind you - I was now paying the landlord direct.
Oh - and Laurie - I was the one that got your firm fired by the owner. I pointed out all your incompetence and rudeness in detail. I figure that cost you guys what? $3,000 a year? After weeks of begging and pleading to get my 2500 dollars back they finally cut me a check. It was only after I threatened to contact the BBB that they decided to do something.
Basically - if you like rude people, that don't care at all, and try to steal from you then this is the company for you. This is only my first online complaint. I will hit every rental related site that I can think of to make sure others don't deal with this firm.

It was a mistake using this company. Some of the staff were very rude. They refuse to give me any information about the tenant who is signing the lease. Their monthly cost is low but they will get you with their initial leasing fees which is 50% of the first rent. They do also use a very expensive company for most of the repairs (I am sure they have a hidden commission from all these costly repairs). I am using another property management company for my second rental. I will never use Real Property Management again.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! I just had my property manager Lori in the North Scottsale office hang up on me when I tried to express my frustration in trying to pay my rent online every month and having difficulties. This is after the worst move-in experience ever, owners showing up unannounced walking through our back yard, not responding proptly to a busted pipe, sending us letters for inspection then cancelling, and their turnover rate is so high, you never speak to the same person twice.
Do not rent from this company and be highly wary if you are an owner and want to use them. To call them lazy, rude and inefficient would be kind. We are moving no matter what when our lease is up.

We have used property managers to manage three rental properties since 2004. This is the first company that has been able to keep our properties rented for an entire 12 months and at competitive rates. They have an easy to use portal that enables me to access statements and expense information as I need. They are professional and responsive. Our tenants appear to be much happier based on the few interactions I have observed between them and a contractor completing a roof repair. Their fees were no more than those paid to multiple prior firms that failed to get the job done.

Worst. Property. Management. Company. Ever. Seriously, there is nothing good about this company. My husband and I rented a condo in the Bel Air Condominiums through RPM. Our dealings with them were always frustrating. For example: Every time it rained the ceiling of our house would leak and we would have to put down buckets to catch the water. We called the company MANY times about this problem.
They eventually sent someone out to look at the problem. He came, he saw, he.never returned (even after multiple phone calls back to the property management company). They also had told us when we first moved in that they would be replacing one of the blinds in the living room. It took forever to get someone to actually come out to the house. The guy they sent would leer at me whenever he was around, to the point where I felt unsafe being alone in the house with him.
Towards the end of our time at the house the washing machine and dryer combo unit that came with the property broke and flooded our living room. The property management company did not seem concerned in the least when we told them of the problem, and eventually got someone to come look at it. The guy who looked at the unit took the whole thing apart and said he would need to order a part for it.
We spent the last month or two at our house without a working washer or dryer, and I wouldn't be surprised if it still isn't fixed. Finally, while we were looking for a new place to live, we stumbled across an add for.our house? Yes, it was an add for the place we were currently living.except the stated price on the add was $300 less than we were paying. Ugh. If you see that a place you will be renting is run by Real Property Management, run far. Run far away, and do not look back.

For the last two years, Real Property Management Chicago Edge has managed my property and the experience has been wonderful. Since meeting their team, they have outlined the process and what I can expect as and owner and kept me informed through the whole way (I had lots of questions). The management team have always responded the same day to my inquires, additionally they respond by phone or email which I find a plus.
I've personally met most of the team that helps manage my property and I feel the team is extremely knowledgable. We as customers really benefit from the great group working there. The few maintenance items I requested were performed professionally and what I believe was a fair price to pay. It's nice to know they hired a maintenance crew that works specifically for RPM customers. Paperwork has always come in on time and in clear readable format. If I had another property to have managed I wouldn't hesitate to use RPM Chicago Edge again.

They take care of my unit and renters. I moved to the West Coast from Chicago and didn't want to sell my condo as I was going to take a loss. The monthly income was a nice cushion. They respond to any tenant concerns or unit repairs at light speed. I had an issue with a tenant attempting to break the lease. They handled a difficult situation well. My only gripe is the monthly and yearly statements are difficult to figure out. Then again I'm not an accountant.

Very professional and comforting. I've called the office with a few questions and even though my property manager was unavailable, other people were able to answer my questions. Every email and phone call has been promptly answered. My fiance and I applied for an apartment but we're a bit late, as someone else had already applied. We were notified that there was another application pending and refunded our processing fee immediately. Great service which made finding an apartment easy.

Was such a great experience having a showing with Leasing Coordinator Josh B. Having gone on more than a dozen tours in the same neighborhood prior, I was so impressed with Josh's knowledge, professionalism and honesty by comparison. He was able to speak in great detail about the condition of the building and the unit itself;, and promptly replied to all inquiries. Great experience. Thank you!
