If you have to deal with Whitney Westbrook she is the WORST! She will not return an email and she will lie to you about any type of credit that she has agreed to. We had a busted water pipe that took them 4 days to repair and while trying to get someone out to repair it, the water ran non stop. She said that the company would reimburse us for any excess to our water bill and that all we needed to do was email her our last 3 months of bills so they could get an idea of our average water bill.
Well I emailed her on May 5, 2022 with the requested bills, on May 16, 2022 and on May 19, 2022 with no response from her. She emailed me on on May 31, 2022 to let me know that my husband did not sign the lease renewal but no mention of my past 3 emails to her. I then responded with "Ok and what about our credit for the overage on our water bill" and guess what still no response. What kind of person does that. I know that if I lied to a client or didn't return multiple emails I probably wouldn't have a job! RENU Management you need better employees!

Owners beware! This company "managed" my property for several years and they were horrible. I lived on the east coast and entrusted these idiots to simply put appropriate tenants in the home and facilitate maintenance. On several occasions they put people in the home who clearly could not afford the rent and when they got behind they took several months to act which left my home vacant for several months each year that I dealt with this company.
They routinely hired incompetent people to make repairs at premium rates. The final straw for me was when my former Madison county neighbors called to tell me squatters had entered the home after the tenant abandon the property. I finally saw the light and went with a new company that priced my property correctly (several hundred dollars increase) and quickly found appropriate tenants. I can't bare to count up the money that I lost over the years.my only recourse is to use the internet to prevent others from making the same mistake.

Tenant beware! This shady company pocketed my deposit with suspect charges after I left the property in *exactly* the same condition I received it. When I say I left the property in exactly the same condition as I received it, I mean it. Prospective tenants: expect RES to *steal* your *entire* deposit. Thoroughly video every inch of the property prior to rental.
As a preventative measure, let them know that you've surveyed the property with a camera, it may save you hundreds of dollars. I tried to get the heat repaired twice (their responsibility). They sent over someone who had no idea what he was doing and it never got fixed. I was freezing during the winter. The whole winter. The heat literally did not come on.
If it was 32 degrees outside, that was the temperature inside. Depsite my cleanliness, my Fondren property had rats and cockroaches aplenty. Nice touch! Nothing was done about it. Real Estate Solutions in Jackson, MS is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Normally when people blatantly *steal* hundreds of dollars from me, I get something other than cold rats and cockroaches in return. Stealing all deposits as a matter of policy.not honoring the rental agreement by paying for repairs.nice monetization strategies you've got there RES. Steer clear of these thieves.

This is a great property management company! As tenants we enjoyed a solid relationship with them and felt responded to when we had questions and repair issues. Their staff is friendly and their maintenance people are prompt and polite. I would definitely rent from them again should we return to that area. Thanks!
