Owners Can:
-Receive rental money as electronic deposit to their bank account.
-View all many reports online, such as, Rent Roll, open work orders, detailed income statements, disbursement history, signed leases & applications, complaint correspondence by tenant, legal documentation received by municipality, and much more.
Tenants Can:
-Apply for apartments directly online
-Will pay rent electronically.
-Submit maintenance or inquiries online to be tracked by ticketing system and are kept full aware of managements progress to resolve the matter.
-View Copies of their signed Lease & Application
-View property manager announcements,documents, or legal notifications online.
-Receive phone messages, blasted out to all tenants or a particular group for verbal notification on their phones.
Vendors Can:
-See work orders assigned to them and update the status of these items.
-Bill our affiliate company, Capital Region Contractors LLC (handles all maintenance) directly online. This is all within our management software allowing us to know of work order statuses much more quickly.
-Be paid by electronic deposit (coming by 6/21/09).
