C Star Management

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Me and my roommate were with them for only 7 months. There was black mold, bug problems, and the apartment was not cleaned at all when we moved in. They never fixed problems accordingly, but if they did, it would only work for 1-2weeks and it would take them weeks to fix things that were not safe. Not only did this, they decided to charge us for cleaning fees, when they never even had our apartment cleaned upon arrival (also, we kept that apartment cleaner than it probably had been in years).

They decided to send our balance to the apartment mailing address when we had moved out, AND NOT TO OUR PERMANENT ADDRESSES. Since we had not responded to the charges BECAUSE THEY DID NOT MESSAGE US BY EMAIL, PHONE OR OUR PERMANENT MAILING ADDRESS, they called a DEBT COLLECTOR. They did this even though we paid our rent every month on time. If you want fees on your account, to have a debt collector call you for fees you had no idea about because they didn't communicate with you accordingly and correctly, black mold and horrible bug problems, and low attention to helping on living problems in your apartment or house, you should definitely rent from this company.

Terrible place to work. Management is all college boys that know absolutely nothing about construction. The people they hire have no experience in construction and yet are sent out to do jobs they have never done before without any guidance. As far as workmanship goes. They are by far the worst company I've ever worked for.

C star is a great management company. Kind associates and easy to pay rent or submit a maintenance report. Our AC went out in august or September and the gave a us a brand new unit and did it within a few days which was a reasonable timeline!

I cannot recommend C Star enough. This is by far the BEST property management company in Stillwater. They have been taking care of Stillwater residents for 30 years, and it shows. I live at Linden Park and its so clean, updated and every person I have interacted with at the property office and their main office on Duck has been so pleasant and I really feel "looked out" for.

I think its important to know that when it comes to my home that C Star is managing it, I've heard horror stories of bad property management companies here in Stillwater and I am happy C Star doesn't have that reputation. These are GOOD people.

Cstar is amazing. I have rented from them for four years and they have always been very professional and responsive. Their properties are very well managed and they take care of their tenants. Much better than the previous property management I have used in Stillwater.

I am a former manager with C-Star Management, stationed at an apartment complex in the Texas panhandle. I have to say that C-Star is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with in my career. The owner is an amazing person, and the Regional I worked with was equally amazing. C-Star always focused on the positive, and yet also pushed me as needed.

If you are an apartment owner looking for a management company, I would definitely recommend C-Star! In short, there are too many corporations these days that seem to have forgotten the human element in business. C-Star Management embraces the human element in business. Thank you, C-Star for everything!

First off this hasnt been Summerscape in years. It has been changed to Apartments in the Park since at least 2018 when they hired my husband. We moved in in fall/winter 2018 and was later evicted in March 2019 due to familial issues that resulted in the quitting of my husband. They are charging us for 11 months in arrears rent when they had evicted us we only owed 1 month.

They evicted a pregnant woman, toddler and my husband to live in a car for 3 MONTHS. Would not allow us to collect our belongings and when we attempted to come on site to dispute this were told we were trespassing. Any reviews that are decent for them on google is from workers or their family members. I want to know how they can charge someone rent after eviction and when we no longer lived in the same city let alone the apartment. Crooks and rude as can be. Stay away.

I have been renting from C Star for almost 3 years. They have a very friendly staff, anytime I have a work-order they are out within 48 hours in response to the issue, they even came out and fixed our AC on a Saturday, while my wife was pregnant so she wouldn't over heat. Good luck finding me another place in town to do that! Good value and great people!

Current resident and I plan to stay. Cstar is wonderful. Ernie at the Stillwater office is extremely professional and provides a warm environment. They know what they are doing folks and they are great at it! I highly recommend them. Every time I call they answer and help me within 24 hours. During the COVID outbreak they have been so helpful.

I have rented with C-Star for about four years and I do not have a single complaint. If you put in a maintenance request they are their within 24 hours which has always been really nice. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! I recommend renting with this company if you're looking for a place here in Stillwater!

After experiencing other apartments and management companies in Stillwater, working with the people at CStar has been a wonderful experience. From the first day you go in to find a place you feel like they really genuinely want to make sure they find what you are looking for and aren't trying to pressure you into moving into something you may not like. Renting from them has been great and when I call in with a question or a work order the girls are are very helpful and, get the repair men over the next day if not the same, day.

One evening I noticed one of my toilets weren't filling so I called the after hours line so I wouldn't forget in the morning and less than a hour later a repairman was, knocking on my door. I also think I have meet the property manager more times than I ever have at other places and he always stops to make the time and talk to me. They are just a real friendly group starting with girls in the office, to the maintenance men to the manager. So I couldn't recommend this company enough.
