DO NOT RENT HERE! I own a sizable business in New York. At the time, I was working on moving to Alabama to supply my southern market. I stumbled on some buildings in the Avalon area of Birmingham riding past them on my way from airport to the downtown area. I talked with two of the tenants that were occupying spaces and both tenants strongly recommended looking elsewhere.
I asked them to elaborate as some tenants just like to complain. I believed these guys simply because their issues were almost identical in that they both had issues with the main guy "Adam." Being too long to write everything, I am inclined to go with the advice of the two gentlemen and stay away from here. Probably why one was working on moving out at the time of these conversations.
