My wife and I found our perfect home with the expert help of our PJ Morgan agent, Josh Cox. Thank you so much Josh for your incredible service and astute advice in a very tough market. After several lost bids, we were getting very discouraged. Then, when we found something we loved even more than those previous houses we had lost, Josh advised us on exactly the right way to word our offer. His savvy advice was spot on and we won the bid! We couldn't be more thrilled with Josh and feel so lucky that he is our agent!

I know PJ personally. He is a man of great chivalry. We once celebrated new years on the USS Sanford in the Mediterranean with four of the most beautiful women I've ever laid eyes on. It was one of the best days of my life.

Kathy Betts helped us list, prepare, and sell our investment property this year. She negotiated and secured a good offer from a buyer while ensuring that we were informed all through the process. She was patient in walking us through the entire process, and even assisted us when we had to file an insurance claim on the roof of the house in order to ensure that things moved along smoothly with the buyer.

She was diligent, attentive to details, and very responsive when we had questions. It was great working with her, I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone trying to buy or sell a property.

I was doing my due diligence for finding the right sales agent to to list my commercial property in NW Omaha when I found that sales agent Kathy Kavan worked for PJ Morgan. I have known her for years as a honest and empathetic person. When I spoke with her she recommended Regi Powell with his commercial experience to lead and she would work with him.

The combination worked and we sold the building within eight months. The closing was fast and efficient. Because of Covid I would have been happy selling within a year. Their strengths are being straight forward (honest) and good communication. I enjoyed there guidance too. They were easy to work with. I rarely rate a product or service unless it is very good or very bad. This was very good.

In 2019, I decided to purchase a home with my girlfriend. Jen was amazing in helping us purchase our home. When we mentioned a house in which we were interested, she set up an appointment the same day. We looked at what seemed like an unending number of houses. On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend she met us at the house that became our home. We walked inside, she looked us in the eyes with a smile, and in that moment we knew this is what we had been looking for.

She knew us as people, and she knew what it is we had hoped for. Since then, my girlfriend and I got married and have built a life in this house that we now call home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jen to anyone looking to purchase a home. Every day she worked with us was an exercise in patience when nothing seemed quite right-until it was. Although she has many accolades, and has worked with many people, the care and attention with which she paid us, made us feel as though we were her only clients.

I believe we were, and continue to be, special to Jen. And I believe that is how she treats all clients. If we choose to purchase a new house in the future, she will be the first person we contact, and if that happens, we look forward to working with, and seeing, her again.

I have used PJMR for a variety of real estate transactions and my experience has always been great! This includes purchasing and selling residential properties, purchasing a commercial property and they found me an amazing tenant for an investment property. I have worked with Ryan, Susan, Cara and many other associates. The PJMR team is extremely professional and they have a lot of experience! I'm amazed at how flexible they are as market conditions change and they are always striving to be better.

I love their involvement with our community and their charitable contributions to local groups. I would not hesitate to use PJMR for my next transaction or refer them to family and friends!

One star is too much The worst rental experience I've ever had. I started living in my place under a different company in which was bought by a private company and now pj Morgan manages it. I've been here longer than any tenant and since pj Morgan has managed its gone completely downhill. My personal issue is I've complained about the level of noise my neighbors cause.

They literally stomp through their apartment all day and it's bothersome. I'm literally living in an uncomfortable environment where I'm supposed to have peace. I reached out to the neighbor personally to let them know they were a bit loud. This went on with me continuing to have to remind her but it didn't stop. I sent an email to the property manager KATHY KAVAN and she informed me that the lady upstairs was the on-site manager and she'd let her know how loud she was. THE NOISE DID NOT STOP.

I started recording how loud they were for evidence and documentation but this didn't help. I reached out to KATHY KAVAN one last time to discuss the matter and she dismissed it all, made it seem as though I was crazy, telling me the neighbors aren't home when I'm complaining (how would she know) and she told me I could leave if I'm unhappy.

I cried. I was under so much stress and on top of it all I'm black, they're both black and I don't even reach out to management when I need help because it's always uncomfortable. I reached out to KATHY KAVAN one last time about filters and my washer and dryer being delivered. She ignored me. After a month passing I reached out to her manager CARA she seemed concerned over the phone and told me she'd reach out to Kathy and call me back personally.

I never received a call back from CARA so I emailed KATHY KAVAN and she said "CARA called you, you must've missed her call. But she already told you." This was a lie. She didn't call me/leave a voicemail and apparently the washer was supposed to be delivered in Aug 28, 2020. It has never been delivered and I haven't received a phone call from Nebraska Furniture Mart.

All units are supposed to be equipped with a washer and dryer unit. Mine has not worked and was supposed to be replaced but hasn't since December 2019. I've gone without air, heat and I'll reach out and ignored. I've gone without hot water in the kitchen area of my home. Without anyone helping. Ultimately, the site manager won and can be as loud as she wants because KATHY KAVAN basically threatened to end my lease if I continue to be unhappy. They're both White women and I'm a Black woman so of course I lost this battle. All I asked for was peace at home. It's sad.

I'd hire a dead carcass before I hired PJ Morgan. Not only are they a do-nothing property manager, but they cost us tens of thousands when we tried to sell our home and they were thoroughly unresponsive. Would have sued them but after prayer decided to just let it go.

I'd sooner rent from Dave Paladino than deal with this company again. Worst rental experience ever.

1 star is more than generous- ive lived @ this property for 7 years and when we got pj morgan as landlords they were AWFUL! Liz otto never returned our calls and she let herself into my apt while only knocking 1x -me working overnights-and coming in with the bug spray guy as I'm coming out of my bathroom in a TOWEL and nothing else. Further more when they replaced windows my bedroom window leaked every time it rained for over a month and the same landlord told me that it was a roofing issue and that all the roofing companies were booked up.

Then she (Liz Otto) called me with a list of roofing companies that theyd pay for told me to make an appointment.shes my landlord.i think that falls under her responsibilities. JS.she sells 200,000 homes online.if a 16 apt building property. Is too hard to manage why would anyone teust her with a home?.ive lived @ this same property since i graduated HS and have had 3 diff owners and PjMorgan is the WORST property management company ive ever had to deal with.

Our neighbor just got a notice on her door saying how much rent she owed in rent (we pay 575 2 bdrm and she owes 1220+) with all her info pasted on her door. I got a no lease renewal letter bc i complained about not having air for 2 months. Bad company dont rent from them its nothing but a headache

I wish I could give them a rating on what they actually do but that would be impossible because I can't get a call back. We are looking for a place to rent, every time I see pj Morgan as the managers I know I am wasting my time because they will not call back. Over 30 emails and 25 different voicemails on various houses we liked. All of them unanswered and it's always the same woman's name. If it's this hard to move into a place with you I sure in the heck don't want to try to get ahold of you if I need something fixed

6+ years ago my brother and I started a small investment real estate company. We have been with PJ Morgan since the start working with their agents and property managers. They have been great the whole time through the process. We started with no houses and have slowly purchased over the years and now have 9. A few of them being duplexes. They have helped us buy and lease our rentals and also helped with flipping a few as well. We would highly recommend PJ Morgan.

Very frustrated with this company at the moment. If I still lived in Omaha, I would search for another. I chose them to manage renting my home because I felt really positive about our initial meeting and appointment four years ago. Unfortunately, however, my husband and I have suffered a series of negative experiences that leave us wishing we could easily shop for a new group.

The final straw that prompted this review came today. We have been waiting over two months for PJ Morgan to find us new renters. Off-season like this, I can't necessarily fault them for the process taking time. I can fault them, however, for not keeping my listing current OR for failing to turn down the thermostat for an empty house. Seventy-two degrees for 2 1/2 winter months. It is the failure to stay-on-top of details like this that has colored our experience so negatively.

We've had a lot of frustration while dealing with PJ Morgan and a certain associate. We have to ask for things several times before receiving them: things that we shouldn't even have to ask about in the first place! Managing properties is their job after all. Hopefully things will improve, but we've seen no reason why they would. I would exercise extreme caution if considering working with PJ Morgan. Better yet, find another company! They don't deserve the business!

If I could give negative stars, let's just say I'd max it out, but since I cannot, I'll just let you know about my rental experience from this fine management company. I rented an apartment from this company in the Dundee area. Nice place. Didn't have problems until move out, when they proceeded to take the entire deposit with no explanation. Further investigation suggested that they took my deposit because of problems that were pre-existing and noted on my move-in form, which they lost.

Only after providing my copy of the move-in sheet and numerous phone calls did I get my deposit returned. Do not rent from this outfit, unless you're a lawyer looking for a fight.
