Our Realtor Jonathon Hallberg is wonderful to work with. We live out of state so he would meet us on the weekends to look at the downtown historic properties with us. It did not work out for one property and Jonathan was very supportive and helpful. So when another downtown historic property presented itself, we called him right away and he again made himself available.

His network of resources was excellent for us since we were from out of state. All of them were highly professional in their services. This was our first commercial property and Jonathon walked us through each step of the way. We will be using him again and I highly recommend him.

Not only have I not been informed about the offer I have put in on a building, I have had to email multiple people to find answers about that building to begin with. Horrible service, horrible communication skills and I can't get full sentences nor an apology about their poor service! I still don't have a building and unfortunately they're not who I want to help me find one. Very poor service from Paul O. And Hillary K. in the Kentwood area.

My experience with a representative of this company was extremely poor. I'll keep it short. Horrible communication, horrible follow ups to any interested party in the property. Communication between us and the interested party never seemed to go anywhere. And who do I find about to take a piss on the side of one of my buildings when they came to pick up the sign out front. Yep.

By way of introduction my name is Bill De Bruyn and I serve as president of the Summit Park Condominium Association.
