They discriminate, rude, think their better than God himself and their "rules" and requirements and what you are responsible for it just gross. Like if their apartments have bed bugs or roaches when you move in, even if obviously it's not a you problem, the apt complex says it is and you have to deal with it. So if you sign a lease and you find bugs, you have to just deal w it bc they have it stated in fine print at the bottom on their website. I read the fine print thank God so all their ridiculous requirements and discrimination turned me away from this place VERY QUICKLY!

Was moving from Kansas City, KS to Huntsville, AL and had the best experience with the best people. Thank you Karnice Holloway for always being on top of helping others!

I have been using Holloway and Associates going on 10yrs. It's one of the BEST decision that I made since PCS'ing from Huntsville. They have always done me right and are very helpful when it come to finding good tenants for my House. Holloway & Associates is hands-down the best property manager in Huntsville. Karnice has the highest integrity. She is always available, communicates well and treats my properties as if they were her own. Holloway & Associates also represents the tenants well and when issues arise, they are skilled at finding the best solution for both tenant and owner.

Rented a Home from Karnice and was never late on my expensive rent$1750 monthly now I moved and she nor owner Rene Humphrey will return my desposit. I paid to have carpet cleaned and see charges me again! Chafed me doe a sticky drawer! When I moved in the place was not clean. Also her Maintanance people damaged my things and I was never compensated.

Just all around I am disappointed. She went up on rent to $2395 from 1750! I hope no one rents it for the way I have wen treated! I took excellent care of that home and this is the thanks I get!

They refuse to rent to me because I have a Service Dog because I have a disability. I had the credit n 3 times the requested rent, my back ground check was good, I had my rental history, if I could give the a zero I would

So my father and I are currently undergoing searching for our home, and though we have not been guaranteed our home yet I still can say that this is one of the best experiences with realtors and realtor companies that I have ever acquired! These people are very responsive and respectful people. As you do to them they will do to you! If you've ever had a bad experience with these people then you must have done something first.

It's called human decency. It is a fair company and one worth taking a shot with. Even if we are not approved on the home we are currently looking for I will recommend this company for anyone in search of a new home because Holloway and associates are patient, kind, and understanding people.
