I using this company by referral from my friend so I have Winny Zhang as my agent from this company. This is big mistake I did not checked review first (referral should be good enough) here my experience I have 1. Phone response when I call Most of time no response including left messages never call back. 2. Text message most of time never response same day or not text back at all time. 3. Unprofessional inexperience for this business Settlement day I have to set up and text to buyer and my landlord myself for time and address. 4.
Most of time no updates for any due I have to ask most time 5. Settlement day I received personal check payment from buyer no cashier check. Agent failed to tell buyer for payment type 6. Check deposit for purchase. I never see or receive copy of check. she keep it until closing day under her company name by deduction as her commission But there is still good thing from her she always on time for appointment This my first of unliked review I ever wrote. It is painful to wrote something like is if I'm not felling it.
