Literally awful. I got locked out of my apartment because the door handle was broken. A woman from the complex called me back after I left a message at the emergency maintenence and she said to me "don't break my windows or doors pal, call a locksmith" the worse experience I've ever had. I've never been called 'pal' in such a condescending, rude way.

We were told to call back during business hours. It's a Friday night. What is even the point of emergency maintenence if I can't be helped until two or three days later? Am I just supposed to sleep outside? Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly rude. I've never had to deal with a company that cares less about their tenants than this one. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very very terrible service I really dont recommend renting from this place the staff are very impatient and they are very big slum lords my ceiling I called about it 20 times because there was a leak and they ignored it and because I was 1 day late on rent and gave the a 2 week notice saying I was gonna be late they tried to evict me and took me to court I do not recommend this place at all

They are terrible. Raise rent whenever they want, won't update floors if you've been living there long, etc. They get over $8,000 a month in rent for my apartment alone and they act as if they are poor. Greed and no heart for the renters.

Mess from water from above apartment overflow into my bathrooms what a mess. Called and they sent someone over and yhey worked all day and will come back after the first to try to get it replastered.

My apartment flooded with raw sewage over labor day weekend and still remains the SAME today as when it happened. Me and my family are displaced in a hotel still.lucky my insurance is paying as executive management still has done NOTHING to help us. DO NOT MOVE HERE.ESPECIALLY if you pay your rent in full and every month. This is a low income housing apartment complex and shouldn't even be that.

My fiance and I attempted to rent from them last year. They claim to be "pet friendly" but really aren't. We have one cat and they wanted us to have him (an elderly cat) declawed. We offered to use claw caps, even pay a higher pet rent/deposit and they wouldn't allow it. Ultimately we looked past this issue because we really wanted the apartment and decided we would find other arrangements for our cat.

We told them we wanted the apartment and put down a FULL deposit on the place. We were coming back the next day to finalize paperwork when they told us they gave the apartment to someone else, despite having taken our FULL deposit (which was a months worth of rent). They have a monopoly on places to rent in Dubuque but you should find some where else that will honor deposits and will be a lot more friendly. (We didn't declaw our cat btw, we could never.)

Very nice places. They were able to answer my many questions (I am new to town). I was happy to see my cat deposit is refundable with no damage. All around town I kept getting a large non refundable which makes no sense as my cat is very trained and would do no damage.

They are very strict about their pet policies. Attempted to rent a unit which was supposed to be cat friendly. They informed us that our cat had to be declawed both front and back (with proof of operation). We offered to pay a premium to hopefully opt out of removing the claws of an older cat. They declined. Ultimately, we set this difference aside and decided that we still wanted to rent the unit.

Put a FULL deposit down on the apartment. Came back the very next day and they advised that they had given the apartment to someone else despite the fact. They have a monopoly on most of the affordable apartments in Dubuque and if they don't want to rent to you, they simply won't. Even if you jump through all of the "hoops" and play their games.

They had a list of places currently renting available for use. To see a house a driver's license or id was exchanged for the key of the place you were interested in. The staff was nice, but blunt. It is important to come prepared. When done, just return the key to the main office. The deposit/application fee should be dropped off that day if interested.
