1 star because you can't give them no stars. Awful place if you need a place to live look elsewhere don't waste your money to apply

They charged me too much after I moved out because they wanted to raise rent too much for me in a efficiency apartment and charged me 25 dollars to replace 1 light bulb and my lawyer told them not to send to credit agencies but they didn't listen so now they are going to be sued

Honestly super under-rated landlords. Been 3 months since I signed my lease, only had some minor issues and their maintenance team took care of them immediately. Highly recommend. Don't let bad reviews from the past stop you from giving these people a chance.

This Company is the reason "Slum Lord" is even a thing. Zero Maintenance, houses that should be condemned, total scam artists, they will leave you without the basic necessities (stove, sink, windows) for months and then get angry and hang up the phone. You would be better off living under a bridge or homeless shelter.

I mean. We've had a maintenance ticket in since 2019 and they've never done anything about it. So. Yay to leaky roofs I guess. Better yet-- don't rent out houses with leaky ceilings? One maintenance person bragged about building our kitchen. I wouldn't claim to even know the person who "built" that kitchen, but I sure as hell wouldn't brag about it either (it also leaks). Toilets leak. Fridge leaks. Bugs. Can't get mail consistently. Two stars is generous.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value DO NOT rent from this company unless you want more hassle than peace. Literal definition of slumlord. Neighbor gave us roaches and we are responsible? Would've given 0 stars. But had to at least select one to post. Just look at the texts. Unprofessional is one way to put it. I don't know how this company is still in business.

Beware of this company! I rented for 3 years and it was a constant nightmare no matter the issue, big or little. Maintenance department is horrible and the management is very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Even when I first moved in I had to bug bomb the entire property due to the fleas! Save your money and look elsewhere

We rented with them a few years ago. They were respectful, quick with communication, and had relatively quick repair team. The only thing that sucked was the landlord sold the house and we ended up being sent to a new property owner who was incredibly awful. We really liked that when we were searching for a home quick that although we didn't have enough rent history, we could put down a double down payment and still rent with them whereas many other places weren't accepting without enough rental history.

We also liked finding a home cheap enough and large enough for our expanding family. Downside, a lot of cheaper properties on their site are in the less preferable side of town.

Don't rent from these people! They may be your last option but trust me a hotel is better then their harassment. I put a pet deposit down after the charged me for a service dog and they cash my money order to turn around and want to evict me and say I didn't pay a pet deposit after they altered my payment on my account. When in fact I have the money order receipt and emails from me telling them I had a pet. They are the worse people to rent from. I should have listened to everyone who told me about them here in Muncie. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Never responded to maintenance requests, no upkeep on property. The house was closed by the city as unlivable after we and the other tenants (duplex) moved out. Do not rent from them.

My name is Crystal Exford, I've been a renter from this company for almost 3 years. I am shocked at the negative responses I have read about this Company. Complete property Care is a great property company, any issues I've ever had they have been prompt on fixing. The staff is very helpful. Autumn helped me w/ my application process and was very detailed, clear and professional.

I am currently looking for a bigger house cause my circumstances have changed and I am looking through Complete property Care for that right house. I don't believe I've ever rented from a better company!

My building has electrical issues Complete Property Care will not take care of. An electrician has been out twice and told me the outlets aren't grounded. Complete Property Care has only temporarily fixed the issue, and neighbors tell me sparks jump out of their outlets. I spoke with a very rude woman on the phone and instead of being sympathetic to a new renter, she chewed me out, told me to turn in my keys and continue to pay the duration of my lease and hung up on me.

I have now reported the case to City of Muncie Building Commissioner, and speaking with a lawyer as well. Slumlords. Do not recommend. They don't care about renter's rights, people's basic needs, nor do they care of it affects children or not.

This is the worst company you could ever rent from. They never fixed anything. Sent eviction letters even while the no eviction mandate was in effect, and even after you've told them when the check is coming. I had to pay for a new AC because they never fix the actual AC. I had to have mice removed when I first moved in. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Just terrible. I will never rent from them again, they are almost the definition of slum lord. Stay away, they aren't worth it, the place is cheap for a reason.
