All maintenance work is supervised by our firm, which conducts frequent site inspections in order to maintain a sound program of preventive maintenance.
Moseley Associates currently rents single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments throughout the Upper Valley. We also provide services for commercial leasing within the Upper Valley region. We however do not, provide short term leasing/renting. Our rental availability changes on a daily basis, please email us with your specific needs, location, move in date and budget.

Moseley Associates, Megan specifically, literally saved us with their ability to quickly get us homed after my wife and I, on very short notice, moved out here from the Midwest. We initially had an arrangement with a private individual to move into a home where we discovered a severe mold issue that was undisclosed to us. A property listed by Moseley Associates proved to be not only a great property in a wonderful community but also was a quick and easy move-in process that was made possible by Megan and her wonderful associates.

I have rented from Moseley / Megan for over 5 years. Megan has been nothing but helpful , kind , compassionate and always wiling to help when things need repair in the place. Five years ago I was in desperate need of an apartment and when I found her she was so willing to make sure she got me in to my condo. I have been here for over 5 years as a stated and I love it so much.
I strongly recommend Megan and Moseley if ever in need for a rental or a new home.

I have rented from Mosley associates for a year now. I am beyond disgusted with the rating from the most recent rating. When I moved in Megan was up front and honest about “potential led issues”. POTENTIAL! If you knowledge about led, or even read the information Megan gives upon signing the lease you would know that good majority of “older places” have a led warning!
Megan has been nothing but accommodating and respectful. When issues with my fridge happen the next day she had someone in replacing it, when my sink wouldn’t drain she has a worker out there in less than 24hours. Anytime I need to get ahold of Megan she gets back in a timely manner. If you need a good company to rent from, I will always recommend Mosley Associates!!

Completely unprofessional/rude. Consistently failed to keep my apartment heated during the winter, violating basic laws around habitability. I once had to call four times in the span on one week about turning the heat back on, and each time had to convince the person on the phone that I did in fact rent from them because they couldn't find my account.
They failed to provide separate disposal for food scraps and recycling, which is illegal in Vermont. They also promised to replace blinds that were dirty and broken when we moved in, failed to do so, and then charged me for their replacement after I moved out. I could go on with different examples of their incompetence and lack of professionalism- in short, Moseley Associates have no regard for their tenants, their reputation, or for rules they can get away with not following. I would never trust them to manage a property that I owned, and will never do business with them again.

Moseley Associates has been the property management company where I have loved more than once. I have always found them prompt, polite and professional with every interaction I have had with them. They tend to snow and ice very well, and they maintain the condo property so that it looks cared for. I'm happy to live under their watch because their effort really shows.
