Sharon Gilster was AMAZING. Even though she was the listing agent and I was working with another realtor, Sharon took the time to answer all of my Qs and guide me through New Mexico's close process, which the realtor who was supposed to be representing me did not have the knowledge or expertise to do. Sharon also helped me find local movers, a handyman, a cleaning person, and repair crews to ensure my new home was as close to perfect as possible at move-in, all of which fell outside of her duties as the listing agent.

Best of all, she recommended a couple of excellent local restaurants--welcome information to a new resident with no friends or family in the area. Moves are difficult, complicated, stressful events, but Sharon went above and beyond to make my move smooth and easy all while making me feel like a welcome member of this wonderful new community. Sharon at High Country Real Estate Services was a seasoned professional and helped guide me toward the home that in the end WAS the best choice for me on several fronts (even though I had been leaning toward a couple of others.)
