Critical: Professionalism They said I didn't qualify because I had 2 hospital bills on my credit nothing else my credit report showed that everything else in my name was paid on time I made way more income then needed I had money and everything ready but they was so rude towards me

Not very pleasant I ask bout section 8 an they were very short if u know what I mean the vibe was certainly in the room

Found me a place the same day, very nice and makes sure the job is done

Love Mr and Mrs. Craig they always worked and got things done for me and my mom

I am only submitting a star because it requires you to do so in order to post a review. In reality, I would not even recommend this old hovel hustler or his shady outfit to someone I didnt like. Robert Craig is a consumate snowball artist & an absentee slumlord at best. He is deliberately slow in addressing repairs and takes full advantage of the state of Arkansas' draconian laws regarding rental property. He also refuses to shake anyones hand. So does his wife. This attitude is reflected in his business practices. Be warned.
