Please review our Rental Criteria located on our website or attached, which includes a detailed description of the items needed to qualify your application or items that would disqualify your application. Every occupant age 18 and over will need to apply. Our screening reports are good for all of our properties, including apartment communities and are valid for 6 months.
Many of our homes are pet friendly. For those homes that DO allow pets, we do have a pet policy. We do require applicants to complete a pet screening for each of their pets and/or assistance animals prior to signing a lease.

My husband & I recently decided to rent instead of trying to own in the current market. It was a spontaneous decision but we found a home we liked within a day & sent in an application with Crown Property. Unfortunately, the house we applied for had someone approved the next day so we had to move on from that home but found another we liked the same day!

So we applied for that one & had approval within 2 days. After Memorial Day weekend, we toured the home, decided we loved it & were paying our deposit within 24 hours. Our move in date is only a couple days away & we are amazed with how quickly we were able to do this! One week ago, we were still planning on trying to buy & making the decision not to & now we are only 2 days away from move in. Taylor & Sabre were both very quick to answer any of our emails & very helpful with any questions we had. Sabre led the tour of the home & was very nice & made us feel comfortable. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience so far! Looking forward to seeing how renting through Crown Property goes!

Always responsive with tenant issues when I lived there. Unfortunately, I feel that they do not care about their tenants very much. After living there for 7 years and paying 2 separate 500 dollar pet deposits they added a monthly pet rent. I was also charged for the carpet to be replaced even though carpets are replaced every few years in apartments at the cost of the owner in all my past experiences. Overall, they are tentative to their renters but will get as much money out of you as they can in my experience.

I had an amazing experience with Crown Property Management. I worked with Taylor and she was friendly, fast, and very efficient. I submitted an application on a Friday and it was approved on Monday! Communication was amazing! I felt valued and important. I will also note that Sabre showed me the rental. She was on time, friendly, and professional. Thank you guys for making this an easy and smooth process!

We had a really bizarre experience renting from Crown. The house we rented had never had tenants before and the owner of the home delayed move-in for us for 3 weeks so he could "finish up." Except. the house was filthy and literally greasy on every surface at move-in, the owner kept building supplies stored in the walls (hard to explain but it was actually storage), and he also didn't move his belongings out of one of the sheds.

I really don't know why he delayed us by 3 weeks because the house looked the exact same as when we toured it. We also signed a "1-year" lease for only 11 months, which I guess we should've caught at signing, but it still seems shady. Then, only three months into our lease, I catch a realtor taking pictures of the house and I asked Crown if the owner was selling. Crown assured me that the owner wasn't, only to turn around two weeks later to tell me that the owner was actually selling the house.

This was obnoxious because we had planned on staying only a couple of months after our lease ended on a month-to-month basis because we were moving out of state the following summer. We ended up moving out a month before our 11-month lease was up to move into the only place we could find. Neither Crown nor the owner of the house was sympathetic to our situation, even after being informed that this was a really rough time for me because my dad had just passed away two months before we moved out and I had just spent an entire month across the country cleaning out his house.

We were also quiet tenants who paid the rent on time and in full every month, so I really don't understand the treatment we got. Weird experience that I'm sure was a one-off but I think Crown could have handled things a lot better. At least we got our full deposit back.

I was a single woman, new to owning a rental and doing it all on my own. Christee and her team were incredibly helpful. From guiding me on needed updates to making sure the sprinklers were blown out in the fall, to keeping an eye on my property overall. I feel that she was fair in looking out for me, the property owner, but also the renters, making sure for example that repairs were done as fast as possible, but also at the best possible price.

She was always professional, always gave me various options to choose from, and, she's incredibly knowledgeable about home ownership and the Tri Cities market. Looking back, I swear I couldn't have done it without her help. For me, making such a huge investment and taking such a risk was extremely stressful but Christee and Crown, helped me with grace and expertise. I am extremely grateful.

If you are planning on renting from them, beware! They will take a thousand photos of the place when you sign the lease and tell you that they will fix certain things that needs fixing. But they never fixed those for us. I understand that the pandemic delayed things, but even when things resumed, no response from them even after i reminded them about a safety concern in the house. However, they still came around after halloween to remind us that we should take some halloween stickers down!

At checkout, they expect a professional level cleaning of everything even when it's obvious we have taken very good care of the place and did everything possible to clean the place. Furthermore, they would charge you ten times for things like a missing light bulb, without even verifying they were indeed missing. So expect to pay an unreasonable amount from your deposit when you checkout. They may be a good company for owners, but definitely not for the renters!

This management company is extremely unprofessional. Sylvia Erickson was rude and did not help me whatsoever in figuring out what status my application was in. In her words, she told me to "move on" because I wanted to know if there was anything I could do to speed up the application process. She then told me I was denied due to rental history when I have more than 4 years of established rental history in good standing. I am disgusted with her demeanor and I advise others to never use this property management company.

Crown Property Management has been managing one of my rental properties I own in Richland for over a year now and I can honestly say hiring them has been one of the best decisions as a property owner I have ever made. In the past I have had only bad experiences with property management companies. Both as an owner and a renter. Crown has been the first good management company I have worked with.

Their communication is great and they are always available. The paperwork and accounting side of things is great. I specifically work with Robin and she is fantastic. Whenever she isn't available or I deal with someone else from Crown in a different department they are always on top of things and easy to work with. Other management companies should take note.

If you are an owner thinking about using Crown to manage your property I would highly recommend giving them a call. Any management fee they charge is well and beyond worth it for their services.
