I JUST WANT TO WARN ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE RECONSIDER KAY WHO IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS SOMETHING AWFUL SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE I DONT SEE HOW ANY PROPERTY OWNER WOULD EVEN WANT TO USE HER TO RENT THERE PROPERTIES. I HAD TO TAKE HER TO COURT AND SUE HER THATS HOW BAD OF AN ISSUE I HAD WITH HER COMPANY. IN THE END I ENDED UP WINNING MY CIVIL CASE AGAINST HER AND SHE HAD TO END UP PAYING ME AND WHEN I TELL U SHE DID NOT I MEAN DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL SHE BECAME EVEN MORE VINDICTIVE TOWARDS ME SHE WAS EVEN RUDE TO THE PEOPLE THAT DO THE MEDIATION IN COURT LIKE LADY WHAT ARE YOU THINKING YOU CAN NOT BE RUDE TO THE COURTS IT WAS REALLY REALLY AWFUL. SO YES PEOPLE IF U CAN PLEASE PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE SHE IS A WASTE OF TIME.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I am a condo owner in a condo association that has hired Kay (PMC) as a manager. She has yelled at me on the phone, I know of one other owner she has yelled at and now she has resorted to calling names. She is so unprofessional. What she does do is certainly not worth what she charges. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I toured a property with this company a month ago and filled out an application right after. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called to see what was up. The woman told me they were still looking things over. Since then they have refused to return my calls and honestly I'm glad. Don't bother to waste your time with this pathetic company.

The worst company ever! They never return your calls or emails. I was living in a house that was rented by them that had a leaking roof and a hole in the kitchen ceiling and many other issues. I asked over and over again for 4 months for them to fix and to resolve the issues and they did nothing. Run far away from this company!

We attempted to work with John to find a rental in the Baldwin and Roberts area. He came across as to busy to work with us. We drove from Green Bay to look at 2 properties he manages and he was completely unprofessional. He did not answer his phone when called, was late and hung up when I called, then text telling us to just go in and the current tenet would tour us, and gave the wrong address for the second property.

When we arrived at the wrong address I reached out again, he texted that he was unable to tour for an emergency, to be understanding- I asked that he notify us when he was able to give a tour later in the day and we would meet him, he said around 2:15ish he would text, at 3:30 I reached out and he said he was there at 2 and I should have made an appointment! What?!?

I'm not sure if he immediately deletes his conversations but his unprofessionalism was ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend renting from him or allow someone so unorganized to manage my property!

Worst management company ever. Kay is horrible and has no idea what she is doing. Stay away if you can!

Horrible I have to even given one star. Would never return calls or emails. Been trying for months to make contact and they never make contact back.
