I have been a landlord/customer of RNB for the past 4 years and have multiple properties under management with them. This is a great operation! For me, RNB has struck that delicate balance between having full infrastructure of a modern digital property manager (collecting rents, staffing phones, tenant and landlord portals, etc), the scale and expertise of a larger conventional property manager and yet the personal relationship with my accessible property manager (Marshal) that tremendously increases convenience.
As far as pricing, these guys are transparent, very reasonable and all inclusive. Nice. I know that my monthly fee takes care of all my needs with this team and can count on them to deliver an excellent experience to my tenants. Thank you for the excellent service and I look forward to growing with you in time.

We are soon-to-be tenants, but I have been so impressed by the leasing experience so far that I felt compelled to write a review. We've been working with RNB frequently over the last few weeks, and through every aspect of the process they have been impressively responsive and organized. Special shout-outs to Vanessa Ornelas and Jessica James in the leasing department; they have never been anything but prompt, professional, and helpful. I've leased from over half a dozen firms in my time, and so far RNB has definitely felt like a cut above.

I've been a tenant with RNB for a couple years and they've always been great! I get that sometimes issues can't be taken care of same day, but they always answer the phone and let you know they're working on it. I'll be buying a house soon and eventually I'll come back to rent my house out through RNB

Update: Rnb office services have been absolutely terrible for providing any information about security deposit and inspection outcome. Terrible from start to finish. Our AC went out in 98-102 degree heat and getting them to do anything was very hard. They don't maintenance the AC like any apartment complex or rented property I have ever lived at. When our AC stopped working they consider it a non emergency and decided to call the warranty on a very old unit instead of simply coming out to check on the problem.
The house was reaching 90+ degree temperatures and has made it impossible to live in. The amount of care they put into this situation is sad. While my house is unlivable during a pandemic lock down they won't even send out a maintenance worker to take a look at the issue. They expect me to pay for a home that is uninhabitable by law in California with no compensation for at very least multiple days.
All while we are in a pandemic they have shown absolutely no care for our lives or the house we rent from them. We are allowed no contact with the owners and are forced to reach out to RNB to get a fix to this problem and the lack of urgency they have put into it is insulting. Currently writing this covered in sweat in my 85 degree house with no time table on how many days it will be like this.

As a rental property owner I can't say enough about the value of responsiveness and especially the sense that the property management company and its people genuinely seem to care about your investment. I think they go hand in hand service and care. RNB has demonstrated that to me first with my duplex I purchased back in 2016. I made another investment last year under a different property management company which was a mistake and brought it under RNB and it's made all the difference.
Shout out to Marshal and Joe Manukyan who exemplify the service and care important to owners like me. The financial reports are easy to read and these guys are on top of it. Keep up the great service!

We built our home in Rocklin in 2014 and not long after moving in, my employer had us move out of state - very sad under the circumstances. We looked at the property manager market, and interviewed several firms, but RNB stood out and continued to stand out ever since. We are leaving Rocklin now, but are completely satisfied with the support from RNB, our tenants have also been very happy with the professional management provided by RNB. Big shout out to Marshal - although the entire team has been a pleasure to work with!

We have used RNB Property Management for 13 years for rental property that we own. They do a wonderful job of making sure that our investment is well taken care of. We have always had wonderfully screened tenants, they do annual inspections and send pics, and are very responsive with any tenant and landlord requests. I am also a Real Estate Professional and I have sold homes professionally managed by other Property Managers.
I can tell by the ton of deferred maintenance that some other property managers collected their fee and never checked on the house. So, I only recommend RNB to prospective landlords and tenants.
