It's located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the pool to the right of the roundabout. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area and Laundry which is located in the downstairs bathroom.

Almost 6 years ago my family was preparing to move to Santa Maria from New Mexico. I happened to find a home listed for rent via Silveira Properties. It checked most of the boxes of what we were needing in a rental so I wrote a letter introducing myself and my family inquiring about renting this particular home. Luis graciously moved forward and allowed us to rent the home never having met us in person, which we were so grateful for because rentals are hard to come by in that area- especially ones that accept pets.
We ended up needing to move two more times to other rentals because the owners wanted their homes back, to our misfortune. Luis came through every single time to help us get into the next home. We appreciated that SO much! It helps to be a good tenant and leave the home in better shape than when you get it. Thanks again!

This is easily one of the worst property managements we have ever rented from. We moved into a dirty house with a horrible ant problem. There was literally trash on the floor, human and dog hair on the floor, literally over a hundred bobby pins scatter around the house on the floor (I stopped counting at 100), mold in both bathrooms, dirty dishes left, and much much more.
I cleaned the place for weeks before we could move in and dealt with the ant issue myself. Despite having the place professionally cleaned before moving out and then cleaning it again ourselves just to be sure no one missed a spot, thus ensuring the house was left much cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in, we were charged a very high cleaning price.
I wish this was our biggest issue. However, we notice termite damage after moving in and contacted them about it. We were suppose to meet in person to discuss the next steps - COVID hit and shut everything down. Despite reaching out numerous times in different ways (email and phone calls), we never heard back on any matter until we said we were moving out.
We had 3 children in the house and watched the termite damage continue to get worse but no one ever reached back out to us to address it. We were looking for housing in the area just to leave the termite infested house when my husband got a job offer out of state and we left as soon as possible. We heard back from them very quickly when we said we were moving out, yet not about any issues we had for almost an entire year.
These were not our only issues with this property management but they were our biggest two issues. I would not recommend renting from them in the future do yourself a favor and pick a better company.

We have been renters with Luis for four years (and counting). He worked with our family when we were still out of state and looking for rental homes in the area. The process went smoothly and put us at ease during a stressful time of moving from one state to another. We were blessed to find a cute home to rent for the past four years and now find ourselves having to move to a new place.

These are professionals who care about you and the assets you own/rent; and bar none, I believe they excel in disputing matters between tenants and homeowners. Louis has been doing this for over 30 years and he tells it the way it is, and he will not beat around the bush. Worst experience ever. Left our place spotless to get our security deposit back and they sent me a bill. They're trying to charge $800 for clean carpets. LOL funny how they say they replaced the carpets but only cleaned them. Very unprofessional in office.2 blinds were damaged and you guys charged us for all new blinds? $400 for new blinds and $450 to install them.
Than you charge us $500 for some water leak that did not occur while we were there, calling it customer neglect. You guys use hardworking people's deposits to fix up your rentals for the next person. We'll see you in small claims court.

Luis and his team at Silveira Properties have been managing my families rental properties for decades and have even helped my parents purchase their own home. They've been nothing but professional, courteous and helpful. When a bathroom pipe broke in one of the rentals and it flooded the entire house, it was Luis that handled the repair to the pipe, but moreover helped guide us on the appropriate steps to gain quotes and respond the the insurance company to ensure we were getting sufficient coverage to repair the damage to the house. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell their place!

I utilized Silveira Properties from 03/2016-03/2017 and would have continued to rent from them if I hadn't moved out of state. Their website facilitates easy payments and requests for maintenance. Our only major issue were ants that refused to stay out of the house. Once we contacted Silveira about the issue, they came out immediately and took care of the ants. Mr. Silveira was very friendly and professional at all times. I did have a couple of rude encounters with other people but overall my experience was good.

So far, my experience with the company has been a relief to say the least. About a year ago, I hired Silveira Properties to manage my property. I had been managing it myself, but after a bad experience with the last tenants, I just couldn't deal with it anymore. As an owner, it is very important to have a tenant who will take good care of my property. Luis took his time carefully screening applications in order to find the right tenants for my property, which he did.
