West Palm Beach is a coastal town in South Florida with a temperate climate. It has undergone a tremendous renaissance in the past ten years with a revitalized downtown lining the waterfront area. There are miles of sunny beaches and waterways for activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, surfing and scuba diving.

Harry Franklin Borders was born in Georgia and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science at East Tenneesee State University. He first visited south Florida on a job interview in 1971 and has lived here ever since. He loves the natural beauty of West Palm Beach and his many friends in the community. He began his real estate career in 1973 and quickly rose to become the sales manager of a local real estate brokerage firm.

Roz Borders was born in Springfield, Illinois and earned her B.A. from Southern Illinois University. When Roz visited south Florida in 1971, she fell in love with the good weather and waterfront scenery. She has lived in West Palm Beach since 1973. Roz's first career was in special education. She worked as a gifted program teacher at several West Palm Beach public elementary schools but decided her talents were more suited to the adult world of real estate and property management.A licensed real estate broker, she focuses primarily on property management.
