Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Horrible horrible company so many issues with the house, it took John one month to get the hot water working, Elizer Moskowitz, the one John pawned his company onto is an irresponsible landlord and very very cheap I'm surprised his house has not collapsed to the ground.

We have had a house that they 'managed' for the past seven years. I use that word loosely because over the course of seven years we got maybe fifteen or twenty monthly statements, and we were surprised at least three times with charges for things like fixing the HVAC, painting, etc. and we were never given notice prior to the repairs being made. They let a tenant move from a yearly lease to a month-by-month lease without getting it approved by us.
They then let the tenant leave without any notice to us until the month they left and we were expected to return the security deposit. After the tenant left we ended up having to pay for all of the things the tenant screwed up in the house. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have to say every time I have called for information, I have dealt with someone extremely rude from the leasing department. From buying my home to inquiring about leasing a commercial facility. You say Newburgh is seeking growth? How about not saying "If I had a dime for every question I was asked, I'd be rich" when someone is inquiring about a property - Help, assist with direction of locating one that fits their needs.
Which is why I ultimately purchased my home without the broker and now I secured a different broker for my business venture. I will say however, the initial receptionist was pleasant, I may offer her a job. Sincerely, Frank
