Lisa is a knowledgeable and accomplished real estate professional. She knows the market inside out and all the key participants. It's only because of her and her professionalism that I got top dollar for my house. The sale went very smoothly and I thoroughly recommend her.

The worst agent I've had business with. Stay away from Lisa, she doesn't play fair. Will charge you for non existing things and most of the time will ignore you.

We've known Lisa since we moved to Colorado in 1986. She found us our first place to live. It was an instant friendship right from the start. She took all the work out of it - she emailed places for us to look at and when we found one, she managed all communications and took care of all the paperwork.

Lisa has helped us sell and buy property in the Vail Valley for over 30 years. In spite of our friendship, we wouldn't keep hiring her if she didn't get results. She drummed up so much advance interest in the house we sold in 2018 that the photos weren't even published in the MLS before we had an offer. And closed 30 days later. Everyone who has hired Lisa (at our recommendation) has had a great experience. There are hundreds of excellent realtors in the Vail Valley, and many that we know personally, but we would never consider hiring anyone except Lisa.
