I have always had great service/response from Advanced Property. They stay on top of any issues and get them resolved quickly. Unit owners who do not read the Condo rules and are fined etc., have to take responsibility as it's their own fault not the Associations. There are many regulations to follow when living in a Condo Building. Unit owners can contact their board members to get contact information if they are having trouble reaching the correct association representative.

Literally the worst property management company i have ever dealt with. They take months to answer simple questions, fail to give information required under the illinois condo act and never return phone calls. Supplement to this review. 12/12/20 had a board meeting this week - again the property manager does not know the Illinois condo act and regularly misquoted the requirements under the law.
Also cannot pronounce basic words like fiscal and reconciliation. Doesn't the state require a license to be a property manager. Clearly failing to protect the consumer on this one.

I have had great interactions with PSI and been working with them since 2018. I particularly appreciate the timelines of request responses, the professional nature of our interactions and attention to detail on all of our projects. The team has helped our subdivision on many issues and has taken care and concern in all aspects- especially doing extra homework/research to make sure they've given us an accurate response and thorough guidance. I would literally give them zero stars if I could. Just had a board meeting with them. The property manager mispronounced several words repeatedly during her review of financials and minutes of the meeting. She also misquoted the laws in Illinois. Aren't these people supposed to be licensed by the state?

I have read the reviews and as a homeowner whos community has been through many other management firms in my Condo, this is one firm that is dedicated to helping all owners. I have never experienced no response from any of my many inquiries and my manager Diane is very helpful and always answers all my voicemails and calls me back. They recently upgraded my account to a new online portal and I love that also. I can now see all my information, Board announcements and all my transactions right on my phone. Very communicative and responsive.

I have a disability that makes breathing difficult and complained to them that a neighbor's excessive smoking was causing me breathing trouble. They told me there's nothing I can do and to live with it which is a violation of the Fair Housing Rights Under Illinois Law. Did not offer any reasonable accommodations. Debating filing complaint with HUD. Simple accommodation that could've been made is to enforce a no smoking policy or request the tenant that is smoking to install an air purifier.

Advanced property is an excellent partner with our community. I have never had a problem in the 5 years we have been managed by APSI. Their management team is always available 24/7 and we appreciate their professional, courteous communication with us. I've lived in my condo for over 3 years now and have ONLY experienced issues with communicating with this property management company. I usually don't need to interact with them about anything pressing, but when I do, I'm met with unprofessional individuals, snarky tones and disgusting attitudes. I've read other reviews of this company and it's mostly negative. I can't imagine why there hasn't been any staff changes. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Yesterday at The board meeting 3 different people complained about no on answering or getting back to them I a prompt manner at the " emergency " number, I a board member asked your representative from advanced to be notified as to when things that the residents brought up will be addressed so I can inform them when it will be resolved and got no response, seem a like they don't seem to think keep us informed is important, and as far as professionalism they are far from professional our representative from Advanced is getting into personal issues will people are talking about rules around here on the side during a meeting of course she is trying to stay it is not during a meeting because that is against company policies however one I feel if our representative is on the property they should maintain all company policies and procedures the whole time and secondly I don't understand why well somebody is talking about rules in the area why are representative is having a separate conversation about somebody's Facebook so I believe they're very unprofessional there lack of response to people's concerns is ridiculous and appalling and I personally would recommend this company to anybody I also tried to contact our Representatives boss which I believe is the owner or partial owner and she does not want to address the issue issue either

Never a pleasant experience calling these people when you need them. Always directed to voicemail, waiting days for a call back. When you do talk to your representative they immediately have a defensive attitude. Don't show up to meetings. If you don't like your job find some other career. Remember you are working for the property owners. Have some respect. I could not recommend this management company.

I have had personal experiences over the last 15 years, as a board member, dealing with three different property management companies. This is by far the worst. I am totally sympathetic and understanding to the difficulties they face in dealing with residents/vendors, etc. As a result, I am quite patient. However, their response time has been 3 months, literally 3 months, on issues that should have been handled within one week.
When you call you will never get your representative. You will get their voice mail and it will be several days before you will get a response, with luck. I cannot in all good conscience, recommend.

Although no longer a board member of my townhome association, I have been on the board often on for many years. Over the years we've been through several management companies and most currently Advanced. We were all completely impressed from our first meeting to the present day. Our manager Debbie is patient, well-informed, and they are on top of every thing going on with our association.
They do a complete walk around once or twice a year and give us their opinions on things they think should be looked at. They are by far the best management company we have had the pleasure to work with.
