I lived in one of there apartments for 2 years i never had a problem with them yes the apartmemts are al little dated but I was ok with it since the landlord was very nice if I ever move back to the area I would definitely rent from them again it was nice having a landlord who wasn't up.your but all the time over nothing great company

Right now it is 2 degrees outside w a windchill of -20° and my daughter has no heat in her apartment. She pays her rent on time, pays all her bills and keeps the place spotlessly impeccable and her furnace quit last night. She called at 4:00pm to inform him and he told her there would be someone there in the morning. She cant use electric heaters because it pops the breakers every time because the power supply sucks.
So right now her and her husband are freezing cold, her husband is under a heated blanket w lots of clothes still shivering in his sleep after a long night of work and my daughter had to take day off work cause shes not feeling good now. Great landlord. Gets right on any issues you have as soon as the issue arises.
