Reese Management Company was started in 2005 with the goal of providing the highest level of professional service to Homeowner Associations (HOA) and Condominium Associations throughout Pennsylvania. Our mission is to get results by achieving strong home values for the communities Reese Management Company manages.
Every Reese Management Company team member is experienced with the importance of following your community governing documents. Every team member has attended numerous HOA annual meetings and HOA Board of Directors meetings so they are very experienced addressing the wide range of community issues. If there is an issue that is new, we are excited to learn about it and have the matter promptly addressed. Every team member is always professional in all communications. I currently live in a community that is "managed" by Reese Management and in my experience not only are they extremely unprofessional but their communication is equally as terrible. For anyone who may be considering going with Reese all I can say is due your due diligence before signing on that dotted line, can't say I didn't warn you.

Reese is being sued in two communities now, Dec 2021. From my own experience they pick favorites who are allowed to ignore our rules and intimidate others. They have spent HOA funds to sell community property without a community vote, as per our HOA documents.all this is in public records. This is not opinion They have refused to share information with members who requested it, though this is our right.
They have refused to accept a request for legal arbitration. I was appalled when I was given notice on December 17 that they decided to change the place we are currently sending our HOA fees starting Jan 1st, without enough notice to even receive the payment books.without a mailed letter, just an email. At such a busy time of the year. No explanation was given. Older people like myself pay by mail. This was an unnecessary move, and arbitrarily created a hardship by the short notice. I wish I had something good to say.

Reese Management is a terrible choice for a management company. They are incompetent in simple and complex tasks alike. As a homeowner in one of their managed associations I have had to interact with them on numerous occasions and they have never failed to under perform. A few specific examples: I had an insurance claim against the master association. Reese mismanaged the claim from day 1. 1st off, it is impossible to get someone from their office to answer the phone or email or respond to any voice messages (don't believe me? try to call their office number or send them an email) They misinformed me I would have to contact my personal insurance, when it was in fact an HOA issue.
I was able to figure that out after contacting my personal insurance and having to reach out to the HOA insurance, who confirmed it was an HOA issue. Reese continued to submit the insurance paperwork incorrectly, which led to delays of 9 months to get it moving. When the insurance issued a check to Reese, they held it hostage and refused to issue payment to me for the damages for months.
I had to pay for repairs out of pocket and it took over a year to get the issue resolved. I requested accounting records since they do not hold annual meetings as required by the HOA governing documents or issue any periodic statements. I requested to review these documents and after several follow ups, Reese said they would work on getting me the records to review. 6 weeks later, and 4 more follow ups, no records have been provided and no communication when they can be expected.
No task is too big or too small to be mishandled by Reese. Their communication is terrible. It is impossible to get them to return phone calls, answer the phone, or answer emails. Horrible service, 2 thumbs down.

Reese Management did right by me. They are professional. I live in an HOA and one of the neighbor's was just ridiculous with never picking up after their dog. Now my neighbor carries a pet waste bag and finally put their dog on a leash. Their team said they would help me and they got it done. Thank you Reese Management.
