How does RMA screen its tenants? RMA checks three major things when evaluating an applicant. We check employment/income, landlord history, and magistrate court for evictions/dispossessories/judgements. We also have the capability to do credit and criminal background checks if necessary. 24 hour maintenance call service - tenants can access a live person for maintenance emergencies 24 hours day. Renters insurance- RMA can now offer tenants built in renters insurance that is very affordable. Online payments with cash using rent money- Tenants can make online posted payments by using cash at select locations. Air filter program- Tenants can have air filters shipped to them quarterly eliminating the need to go to the store and purchase.

First, Mrs. Lydia is amazing she was awesome from start to end. She responded when she said and when she couldn't get me on the phone she emailed. Secondly the process was fast and smooth, from the viewing of the properties to the application and signing of the lease. RMA has been polite and easy to work with. Well they have had my husbands truck over a month and half and has not touched it. The owner was rudely blowing his horn to get out of his way when i was trying to find a parking spot. But that was my first sign to pull off and leave i should had went then. If you want your vehicle fixed don't bring it there unless your able to wait a month or two and can pay double the price for them fixing it. Thats my experience with rainbow muffler

Never been more insulted! As soon as I got to the property with the key there was a man in an RMA t-shirt asking to come in with me, and that if he could return the key for me. I kindly asked for 5 more minutes and locked the door to call RMA to verify this. When I called, they put me on hold and I could hear them talking about me in the background and laughing at how rediculous i was.
I hung up and called them back to explain and gave the key over to the man. There was exposed wiring, absolutely no kitchen counters, 1 inch gaps below the outer doors. i could go on but VERY unprofessional to say the least. Wouldn't want to rent from people like that.

Honestly, I've been renting from them for a year and just renewed for another year. Paying rent is easy, my home hasn't had any real problems. The one young women at the office who processed my initial leasing and who has helped me since then has been great. As far as management companies go, it's pretty good.

They lied and said they didn't have a website. Now I know why because of having horrible reviews. I visited a few properties and they are TRASH! HOMES ARE OLD AND ARE LOCATED IN THE GHETTO. The homes are damaged and should be rebuild. IF YOU IN DESPERATE NEEDS I SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE BECAUSE PROPERTIES ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 5 CENT. GOOD LUCK AND BE SAFE.

RMA managed my property in Griffin. I live in another state so I had to have a lot of trust in them. Turns out that they have charged me for work never done on the property. They were extremely hard to work with and didn't like that I had opinions on how my property was to be cared for. RMA was fine as long as they were collecting a check but when it came to actual management of the property they did not respond to phone calls & certainly did not do repairs and screenings of tenants appropriately.
I would never suggest them to anyone looking to have their property managed. Bill And Jared should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hardworking and trusting people.

I've been renting from RMA for nearly 3 years and I've never had any problems. When I call about anything, they always send the maintenance guy out within a day or so. Jared Cordova has been really easy to work with, excellent customer service skills and just an over all good renting experience. I will continue to rent from them until I decide to purchase.
