My boyfriend and I viewed multiple houses from Excalibur Homes. Every house looks the same. (Same quick renovation work, same red door, etc). We put in several applications for houses over the last two weeks, only to be sent a vague email saying the houses are no longer available and that the application fee would be refunded. After the 5th rejection, I called and asked about their process, wondering why we keep get passed over.
A woman told me she couldn't tell me that information. We decided to apply for just one more property. In the last week or so they must have completely overhauled their application system because now they will not refund application fees. I'm not sure how they pick their renters, but it definitely seems like a scam. We just moved to Georgia and I wish I had read the reviews before wasting time and money on this company.

This place is literally a joke! PLEASE BE AWARE! They will collect all of your personal information & application fees & you will never hear from them again. I'm coming from California & I've been waiting 2 weeks to hear something. Only to receive an email starting the property I've applied for is unavailable. I tried to apply for another company only to be ignore further.
I finally was able to speak with a representative in the application dept & once again this company is a complete scam. The only thing they kept saying is "reply to the email" the email clearly has a ghost working on the other end because you gets no reply ever. Just going to dispute this with out bank & reach out to the BBB. It's so sad how these money hungry companies operate. Please don't waste your time!

This company is horrible! Mike Nelson, Jessie Julien and Isamar Bedoya are absolutely the worst property management associates I have ever encountered! I have long outstanding work orders for over 2 months, squirrels in my attic, impropper repair of a major leak, no follow up, and they could care less! I have reached out to ownership of this property and have also gotten no where.
They have a system called Latchel that is the worst product on the market when it comes to communication with the residnets in the home. You also cannot recover any information or notes that you put into the app when things are not completed timely. As soon as I give notice they can then contact me and tell me they are closing out work orders and then when I ask to let me out of the lease and waive termination fees I met with NO resolve or proper communication once again!

First I would like to say I am not one to leave reviews however they have given me no choice as they are responsive to say the least. If I was able to give this company ZERO stars I would. The communication is absolutely terrible. Since DAY 1 I have had issues with this company. I was to move in Feb 14th and wasn't given the code to enter the home until the 15th.
It took them over a week to provide me with a completed copy of my lease delaying enrollment for my child in school. It is a remodeled property and all though it looked great it is a mess underneath the walls and since we are the first residents we are finding all the problems. We have been here just shy of 4 months and have had to submit more work orders than I ever have in my life when residing in a rental property.
I pay a $30 smart home fee every month (now $120) that I am unable to use because they can't figure out why it doesn't work. They have had 4 MONTHS to figure it out. Still no response if I leave my house I cannot use the front door to get into the home because it has a smart lock attached that doesn't work. I have asked them on numerous (15 emails at least) to either fix it, stop billing me for this service and credit it back to my account and come to the home to place a regular lock on the door.
Guess what still can't open my front door. I accidentally waved my hand in front of the smart lock going to check the mail and was locked out my home for about an hour until someone came home as my phone was in the house. We are in GA in the summer! I have been without A/C in the lower level of the home for 1 MONTH. I had to rearrange the home to instead make the basement a guest room instead of an in law suite because the tank in the basement was broken and backing up - so no water could be used - for 3 weeks.
And the A/C has not worked for a MONTH. I would like to point out that it is NOT the maintenance company that they are contracted with they do a phenomenal job. It is the Excalibur and I'm assuming home owners that cause the delay. I will finish out the term of our lease and we will be out of here. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
My next step is to consult a lawyer because there is no way it is legal for us to not have full access to the property we are paying for. I should not have to worry about walking out the door and it accidentally shutting on me and locking me out the home because my hand may have grazed the smart lock key pad.

This company does not care. Do not be fooled by the kind voices over the phone. in Atlanta, they are scamming and running games. Moved out march 31,2022. inspection done 4/4/22. no inspection report provided for almost two months. today along with a bunch deductions taken from out deposit do we see an inspection report. we are now out of $2500 that we deposited due to fraudulent charges. we also were charged for two cancelled checks that were never mailed in the first place but we were told they were mailed.

I enjoyed my time in my lovely East Point property managed by Excalibur Homes. The neighborhood was so quiet, the backyard was gorgeous. Bo Bennett did my Inspection today and he was so kind. He told me I did a great job with the house. He made the inspection process a breeze. Thanks Bo, and thanks Excalibur for connecting me to such a cool place that I once called home. :

Levi in the applications department was very helpful with assisting me in attaching important documents to my application in a very timely manner. He also helped assist us in making sure our application went through to processing. Very thankful for his quick assistance in making sure everything on our rental application was good to go. Franchesca in the processing department has been an absolute dream as well! She has been SO helpful in securing our home! We are so grateful for her. She has been in constant communication and been amazing

We have received fast and courteous service. In our search for a rental home, we have contacted several companies and individuals concerning properties they Hase advertised as available. Excalibur was one of the VERY few that took the time to get back to us. Julie has very helpful and has worked to help us. Cayla has been super quick to respond and help us through the process of renting a home. She has been extremely helpful in trying to answer all our questions.

Joshua Was Extremely Kind And Attentive. He Answered All Of My Questions and Was Very Informative. I Am Sad To Say That The Great Review Ended With Joshua. I Am Now Full Of Regrets. I just finished a lease with the best Excalibur Homes Processor, Josh Williams, to be honest, this was my first time renting a property, IF every lease is like this one, I just completed with Mr. Williams, then Excalibur Homes LLC will be in business for the next 1000 yrs. Mr. Williams is the best there is, he is great at his job. and I will certainly be recommending many more friends and families to him. I cannot thank that man enough. Wish I didn't HAVE to give a star. I don't know why I thought I was special enough to ignore the reviews and attempt to rent through this company. When I saw the awful reviews I thought "well they didn't say a specific unit so maybe the one I saw is fine." The problem isnt the units (it is but, ) the problem is the management. When people say they got the run around THEY ARE RIGHT.
At this point I think this business is making a living off the ridiculously priced application fees. After submitting an application and waiting two weeks to hear back I was denied. Confused I checked the reason and it said I denied based on my credit score. Even more confused I asked for the report and it says they obtained a score for me that was WELL below 600!
I was confused! Never had my credit score been anything under 600. I contact all credit agencies as well as the credit union they pulled the score from (Transunion) and this company said they never provided that number for my score! Confused I contacted Excalibur and surprise surprise they are not taking my call. I called multiple times, I sent emails.
How do they get your credit score wrong when they need your social security number to obtain it? At this point it is discrimination. They lied about my score because they did not want to rent to me. And then they avoid all my calls because I'm confronting them with proof that they lied! I'm not even interested in renting from a company that doesn't include anything in the rent cost!
They have you pay for water, electricity, security, trash, sewage, repairs and even lawn care! It's ridiculous the amount of things responsible to the renter when it's not even a house! The units are all connected! It's closer to a duplex than anything. Anyways long story short. Lessen learned. Even if they contact me I've found a new place for less with better customer service! And in the same area. HEAD THESE WARNINGS! All these reviews are TRUE!

We applied for a house and were notified we were not accepted. We were refunded only half of our application fee. This was over a month ago, and I've reached out three times and tried to call to receive the rest of the money and the representative has not responded to any of these inquiries. Please refund the $75.

This is one of the WORST companies I've ever rented with. Since day 1, it has been a nightmare. The communication of the staff and property managers is nonexistent. I was charged for $100 for a plumbing visit that has still been unresolved. The charge says the plumber found no issues. I have lived in the rental for 5 months and still have not been able to use my dishwasher because it was installed incorrectly.
We had rats and huge flies in our attic when we moved in, which was completely unacceptable. The exterminator they sent out came once a month, so we ended up hiring our own exterminator because who wants to live with rats. I would HIGHLY recommend not renting with this company. It is extremely frustrating paying this much in rent to have a company that steals money and simply refuses to properly service their clients. Zero stars

For the most part, I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The property management company that Excalibur claims to be is not the reality. They have so many houses that they post online through Zillow and other apps that you would think that there would be more availability. You are only allowed to apply to one house at a time however they leave the house is appliable even though they have been rented to.
By the time you figure out 5 to 7 business days later that the $75 application that was nonrefundable was not even excepted because the house was taken by someone else it is disappointing! They need to do a better job of taking houses off their website once they have chosen a renter.

As a property owner who utilized Excalibur Homes for their property management services I strongly advise you find another company and do not work with them. They provided a good experience in getting our home rented out but after that it was AWFUL! Messed up billing almost every month, did not follow any of their stated policies or practices, the staff is incredibly rude and never returns phone calls. I had to follow up multiple times on so many issues that they made it a terrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Moving into this home has been extremely underwhelming. The house was filthy when I moved in (muddy footprints all over the floor, lots of crud in the bathroom) I was honestly disgusted and had to pay almost $200 to have a cleaner come in before I even felt comfortable to spend the night in my own home. I emailed inspections and the property manager about this weeks ago and never received a response. Additionally, I've only been here a week and I already have water pouring from under my kitchen sink and the hot water attachment for the washing machine is leaking nonstop so I had to shut it off.
I woke up this morning and my heat isn't coming on! So I'll be submitting my 4th maintenance request within my 8 days of living here. There is no way the owner did not know about all the issues with the home prior to renting and these are all things that should have been addressed BEFORE having a tenant move in. I find it extremely cheap and unprofessional to cut corners the way they have.
The hardwood is rotting in the living room, the kitchen cabinets are crooked, two of my blinds are broken, none of my windows have screens and several of them do not even lock which is a huge security issue. All of these are things you don't really notice until you move in which is why I'm guessing none of it was fixed. The goal was to just get someone in here in a lease and not actually address any of the issues that were going on.

So far, with my very short experience with Excalibur I would recommend going with a different company that puts more care into their homes and tenant experience.

Hey everyone Hope all is well I don't usually do a google review so here it goes but it needed to be heard. My experience with Excalibur homes was great to be honest. My property manager Shanika Smith was very professional and attentive to any concerns I had or will even have in the future needs be. Her follow up during the process and after the completion of me moving in my new home was on point. Emails phone calls respond back time is with-in that hour or no later than the following day tops.
The whole process was easy and quite refreshing from start to finish. My biggest issue with a lot of companies are communication and the response time of getting any problem or situation solved in a adequate amount of time when you are paying your hard earn money. Sometimes and certain situations you don't want to hear a automative person. But in this case it was complete opposite.
I really appreciate the level of respect that the company has given to me in regards to me staying in one of their properties it is greatly appreciated. I also see that the company have great employees that value their tenants like Mrs. Smith more company's need to have this understanding. Thank you again

If I could give this zero stars I would. Excalibur Homes took over 49TN Residences and it has been the WORST management I've ever experienced if you could even call them a management company. When they took over, our trash wasn't picked up for 3 weeks and water was shut off due to their lack of transferring service to them from previous management.
No response to emails and when they finally answer our 10th phone call their response is that they are not responsible yet they are the only people we have information to call regarding management of this residence.? On top of all this, the construction company building the additional homes in 49TN (the property they are to manage) are now actively stealing our utilities and Excalibur refuses to address the issue or name the construction company so we can address it ourselves. I could name so many more issues but point being, do not move anywhere Excalibur "manages."

Alicia was great in answering all of my questions. Her professionalism was off the charts. She educated me when I was confused and just overall catered to my needs. I thought looking for houses in ATL would be terrible, but thanks to her she made it a breeze. She gave me options on what I wanted and really helped me narrow down where I wanted to live.
Her vibe is wonderful. A whole friend in my book. She was extremely polite, and did her job oh so perfect. Do not play with Ms. Alicia. I told her what I wanted and she delivered to the tee. Definitely 10/10. Would recommend.

Our rental house was bought by Excalibur Homes at the beginning of November 2021 from our original land lord. We had been at this location for seven months or so. The transition was smooth and easy. They helped us set up access to both the rental and maintenance portals which was a welcome addition. The house had been very recently updated so we had no real chance to use the maintenance portal until early January.
The fold down ladder to the attic was one thing that had not been replaced and two of the step broke. They sent someone out the next business day and the work is in progress. Even more amazing was this, we had begun shopping for our forever home so that when our lease was up we would be ready to make a switch to our own home. Well, we found our perfect home right before Christmas.way earlier than we expected or really wanted to.
Our lease, which was from the previous owner, lasted through August. I worked with both Laura and Cecilia to see if they could help us and make it fair for us and them to terminate our lease early. They made a very generous offer which allowed us to move forward with buying our new home. I cannot thank them enough for their help in this. Without it, we would have missed out on this wonderful opportunity. If we need to rent again or knew someone that was looking to rent here in the Atlanta area I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We just had Michael come by and do some repairs. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. It's great to know that we've got trusted and professional individuals working on the house and fixing things in a timely manner. This company appears to have unethical practices. I completed an application for a house on 12/21 waited 10 days only to be told the house was no longer available and that I had to transfer my application to another property. So I did 2 more times because each time the property became unavailable. They pulled my credit on 12/28 but sent an email to me on 1/12 asking for information confirming my husband's right to be in the US since he is not a US citizen.
We provided the information the same day and received a denial on 1/13. The denial said for credit reasons. If the credit did not meet the qualifications then why would the application manager request additional information? Now I've lost $150 and I fear the true denial is because of my husbands immigration status.

Once they have your money and move you in nothing else matters to them, maintenance is horrible. They do not take accountability and do not fix maintenance issues in a timely manner. The property managers do not care about tenants. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. Find a management company that properly manages their properties and cares about tenants.

Horrible scam, these people charge you for things that was not in the lease agreement after we moved out, we was never aware of these things, over charged out of our security deposit, never had good customer service while renting the property, the house didn't even have a vent filter for the dryer, which we had to call them to send someone out to make one, but then had the nerves to charge us for them getting their gutters cleaned, which was never on the lease, which that is part of the roofing system, not supposed to charge people for normal wear and tear. This the worse company I ever rented from and run if you want to be treated fair and they are not professional.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING TO EXCALIBUR HOMES. We applied 2 weeks ago and have gotten the run around since day one. Before applying I spoke with a rep who advised all of qualifications to ensure we would be approved for the house of our choice. After paying $150 for the application fee, we didn't get an answer until we began calling their offices this week. we were asked to submit our check stubs over and over again delaying the process, ultimately to be DENIED, even tho we met all of the qualifications.
When we asked what documentations needed to be provided to dispute their reasoning for denial, they were unwilling to tell me exactly the reason, but suggested we get documents from a previous apartment stating the balance was paid, WHICH WE PROVIDED THE SAME DAY. Excalibur Homes LLC is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a company to manage their property. They have been managing a property for me since 2018. It has been a wonderful experience working with them. They are very responsive and this client-centered approach to business is exemplified by Laura Van Leuven, one of their property managers. She is always ready to respond quickly and professionally with any issues that emerge concerning my property. Laura has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout our time as tenants. She is kind and responds quickly to maintenance issues or requests. My husband and I traveled a lot this year for work and she was very accommodating of any issues that arose when we were away from the home. Jessica Stephansen is an AMAZING realtor! She consistently went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I sold my property while out of state, and she would stop by to check on my property, worked with local contractors to get things done, and even sold my patio furniture on the Marketplace for me! I honestly could not imagine a better realtor- communicative, dedicated, and she got the job done!

Cayla was very helpful through the rental process so far. My family and I are being relocated on a very fast timetable for my job, and Excalibur Homes has made the process quick and mostly painless helping us get a rental house in place. I would definitely recommend using them for your greater Atlanta area rental needs!

I applied for a house was not told it would take 10 days for application. I called to check on status two days later. I was told it then. The very next day the house was taken off market as rented. Wait hold on I paid 75.00 for nothing especially if it took ten days but you still got people applying yet I put my bid in on Saturday and called Monday afternoon and you rented it Tuesday.
They just getting people money. I was also told that each house is 75.00 app fee abd 75 dollars each person over 18 years old. Its a scam. I felt so cheated. Its wasnt really about losing house. But there is no way they ran credit looked at documents checked income etc. I am very hurt to lose the money like that. I understand competitors but I was cheated.one day they could not I checked my credit and called HR etc. Do not use them I should have read post before I did this and maybe changed my.prism as well from what I was told.

They need to improve on EVERYTHING. The worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They unresponsive and do not take accountability to for issues within the homes they manage whatsoever. There is mold all over my personal property which they will not address. The kitchen and bathroom sink have been leaking water because the pipes were improperly installed.
The bathroom toilet and shower continuously get stopped up even after using Drano. The living ceiling dropped randomly one day and was only hanging by the connection line for it. My bedroom was leaking water on a night that it began storming which caused my work monitor to be damaged. There are holes in the floor causing all types of bugs easier access in getting into the house.
Our heating unit did not work properly for 5 months causing the light bill to reach $300 in a two bedroom house and they will not credit us back for the extra money my roommate and I forked out. This company is bad news. STAY AWAY!

CJ Geiger is the best agent in Excalibur Homes. He is a knowledge and experience realtor for us. We live in other state and CJ is our main go to person. Excalibur Homes is the worst rental management agency I have ever dealt with in my life. I rented a home from them for 4 years in which I paid my rent on time every time. I should have known something was off when it took forever for them to have someone cut the yard when I first moved into the home. Then the plumbing in the master bath did not work, second the refrigerator went out. AND boy oh boy do they want you to pay for everything.
There is always an excuse. I had (is what they said) to sign a new lease last year with the new home owner in which I found later that I did not have to because I had a signed 2 year lease that should have transferred to the new homeowner. I was notified on May 5 that I needed to vacate the premises by 6/30/2021.my lease states I must have a 60 day notice.
When I questioned them, I was told that their notices give them to the 5th of the month to notify the tenants. I could not move into an apt until 6/22/2021 due to the high demand of everyone selling homes. I needed my 5 extra days I was legally owed. Well hello, I spoke with an attorney. It does not work that way with a signed lease that clearly states 60 day notice.
Their employees are not knowledgeable in regards to the Georgia landlord tenant laws. They DO NOT adhere to the lease agreement but they expect YOU to adhere to it throwing, "Per the lease, per the lease." But when you question them and state per my lease, there is always an excuse. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I never do this but this has been the worse company I've ever rented from! Right now my kitchen sink has been broken for 2 days going on 3, broken so bad that it's leaking and I can not use my kitchen sink at all. So that means I can not cook or clean for my family! I've put in multiple work orders and someone has JUST gotten back with me only to tell me that someone will CALL me tomorrow to set up a time when they can come! Please go with another company! I'm an agent, and unfortunately have to work with Excalibur homes, and I would not recommend any owner to use this company to manage their Assets! They are increasingly making real estate (which is relationship based), very corporate with a low class call center vibe full of Red Tape. 1st is the lockbox. The box they use is obsolete. To any owners out there, the lockbox they place on your door is laughable. It's dated and difficult to show!
They have 3 methods to set up a tour, and you get a different response on which way is the preferred method. The associates are not real estate agents, and the agents they have on the listing don't answer the phone or respond to emails timely. I've showed a hand full of properties where the code given does not work, and it's pulling teeth to get the correct code and an inconvenience for future tenants just to view the property.
There has been at least 3 occasions, where I've gotten to a property where Excalibur has dropped the ball with the correct code to view the property, and they WILL NOT let me show due to some dumb reason. They advise they will make a call to the owner of the property but nobody ever gets back to you. For owners, this may be the reason your home is still on the market. Agents like myself can't show the damn thing!
They advise it takes 14 days or more to find out about a pending application, which means they are always playing catch up. This means the consumer will pay an application fee majority of the time to only find out each property they apply for is already leased. They are always playing catch up, delayed and don't properly update listings. It's at the point I really try to avoid this company, but they are managing more and more properties, especially in Decatur. Excalibur Homes, DO BETTER!

***this company is a scam*** the worst compamy to do business with! if your thinking about applying with these guys please go through all of the reviews listed on bbb as well as google. *****they bury their negative reviews by asking customers to post possitive reviews so keep that in mind!** - these guys have had me in limbo for way over 10 days. -they asked for more info which i submitted in a very timely manner but it took them days to respond back with the updated info. - a few days ago i asked for my application to be withdrew from the process and now their dragging their feet to get my refund back. - i am going to post this review everywhere. excalibur if you try to bury it i'll repost it again until i receive my refund back.

The worst experience of my life. Nobody in this office is willing to do anything. even answer a phone call or respond to an email. Save your time, money and sanity with this company and seek leasing elsewhere. I can't begin to express what an awful experience Excalibur has been in the few months I've leased with them.

This is the worst property management company ever! Zero stars I do not recommend. They do not have any communication skills, my property manager changes every time I need to communicate with someone in regards to the property I own. I discovered damages to the outside of my property. I inquired about the damages in May I still have not heard back from anyone and I have sent several emails, calls, voicemails that no one has responded to. Excalibur will allow your property to lose value without any explanation. I wish I would have done more research before I trusted this company with my investment.

STORY TIME (if you are looking to rent through them please take the time to read this): For you to conceptualize the type of person I am- I have never made a late payment in any apt I have rented and I have always received EVERY deposit back from places that I have rented with the exception of this one. With that being said, my experience with excalibur homes has been nothing short of terrible.
They do not pay for pest control (if you are new to the south like I was be aware of these things they call waterbugs (aka huge roaches) ) however it is outlined in the lease that they do not pay (strike 1). Next, I had to terminate my lease due to concerns for my safety (domestic violence). I reached out via email/calls to discuss anything that can be done to break the lease and disclosed my situation and was told that my only option was to pay early termination fee (amongst other fees- again outlined in your lease).
I had a lawyer friend re read my lease where we did indeed find a clause to terminate lease with no penalty as long as an order of protection is included- i notified the contact at excalibur regarding this and all he did was re-send me lease attaching me and my ex-partner (-_-) (you guessed it, strike 2). Fast forward I have moved out by april 23, decided not to move forward with an order of protection and have no access to the property since I already left.
Full disclosure: the piece of ish "roomate" did indeed leave items at the property. And according to the very passive aggressive Jessie Julien "There should have been additional charges because the property was not left clean, the toilet paper holder was broken and landscaping was not done". Now since we are naming things that werent upheld by us: let me name things that werent upheld by excalibur: outlined in the lease it states that they notify you 15 days prior to move out of your move out inspection date and that utilities must stay on in that time.
Guess who didnt get notified until I TOLD THEM that we didnt get notified of an inspection- me. The official move out was june 4, I reached out june 8 and was told then that they were coming june 9. They charge $200 for not having electricity. (Keeping count? STRIKE 3). I tried contacting them for weeks at a time to confirm my forwarding address and keep up on the deposit.
No response (imagine calling over 4 times and being told someone will call me back). I receive a letter post marked on july 8 but of course sent to the address that I moved out (yes the one that they completed move out inspection for). I reach out to dispute charges and.no response. I have to send a mean email and guess who finally gets a response (apparently when your rude they like to finally respond). MORAL OF THE STORY: while they love to uphold you to every cranny and nook in their lease, who holds THEM accountable when they do not uphold their expectations and what they have outlined for themselves?
If you can, take your coins to a property management group or even apartment complex THAT CARES. Compassion and communication goes a long way my friends. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

If I could post ZERO I would. This week I was scammed by Excalibur. These people are con artists & scammers, they sent me a invitation to see the home and then invited me to complete the application then told me that the house was not available even though there's no one living in the home when asked when they will return my $75 for the application knowingly that the house was not available.
I have not received a response. Can someone please tell me who should I forward this information to? Is it the Better Business Bureau, please somebody let me know because they are truly scamming any and everybody.

I wish I read the reviews on Yelp & BBB before submitting an applicaion to Excalibur Homes. I submitted my application on April 7th via online, as of today - April 22nd I have not received any notifications regarding my application. I've called & emailed Excalibur Homes several times. NO REPONSE. It's impossible to view a property becasue there's no properties available to view.
Once you show interest in a property you'll receive an email a few days later stating that property has been rented! I'm requesting a refund for the 75.00 Application Fee I called and requested to speak with an Office Manager - I was placed on HOLD for 10 MNUTES! NO EVER CAME TO THE PHONE, THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD!

As a property owner who currently use Excalibur, I am pleased with their service. I have been with this company for two (2) years. Claire is assigned to my property and she always communicates with me. Claire is always available and happy to assist me when I call. She also responds to my emails within an hour. I'm not surprised of the negative comments, however, you must understand the process of renting properties and the importance of credit checks. It's not easy to rent property to someone you do not know.
That is why certain steps are taken. If someone had received poor handling from Excalibur, you have the right to speak out. I can not speak on someone else's issues but on my own behalf. I have encountered very few issues which included a fallen tree, a clogged toilet and clogged kitchen sink. All maintenance requests were quickly handled and corrected and my tenants are happy (they renewed their lease).
I am happy with the service I continue to receive from Excalibur, namely Claire! I will continue my business because of my satisfaction and hard work this company did in finding good tenants for my property. I look forward in a long term business relationship with Excalibur Homes and my current tenants. Thank you!

Our move in process was very rocky. We experienced issues with getting appliances installed in a timely manner, issues logging into the payment portal and issues with the water. The after hours property manager did help us resolve the water issue, but our regular property managers do not communicate or follow up with us effectively. I'm happy that our issues are finally getting resolved after numerous phone calls and emails, but I just wish that our move in process was less of a headache. It makes me wary of how things will go in the future.

I moved into an Excalibur Home on June 13, 2020 I have had a plumber visit every 3 days concerning my plumbing backing up in both toilets and tubs. They have been very unconcerned with the situation. The property Mangers Eric and Brooke are the worst! They don't answer phone calls, or follow through and show very little concern. I am dealing with a situation that is going to have to go before a judge and I don't recommend anyone to rent from this company. EXCALIBUR HOMES IS THE WORST! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU Put your application in elsewhere! DON'T BELIEVE THOSE GOOD REVIEWS THEY WERE TYPED UP BY THE EMPLOYEES IN THE OFFICE.
