Our team specializes in the management of rental properties from privately owned homes to apartment buildings. We pride ourselves on selecting quality tenants for your property and enforcing the appropriate laws. Advanced Property Management makes every effort to keep you informed about your property.
Please note, if paying the screening fee with a debit or credit card, there is a 3.5% transaction fee applied to those transactions. We reserve the right to deny any application if, after making a good faith effort, we are unable to verify prior rental history. Exceptions may be made for applicants with qualified co-signers and/or increased deposits/payments.

It seems like not much gets done when you contact them for repairs or legitimate concerns. Almost as if they don't care.

My roof caved in and it took them two weeks to even come look at it. Our place was not livable and they did not get us a hotel or anything. When they put a new roof on and new dry wall they didn't clean up all the mold in the walls. There was a lot of mold in the walls and they just covered it up and acted like it wasn't there.

They took over my property in july. I was renting through a private renter. She wanted to do an inspection but I was obligated to postpone it due to potential covid exposure. When they only were able to come into that house they didn't have me sign any papers or do anything and still expect me to give them rent. I have been continuing to pay it directly to my landlord.

They are incompetent. They took pictures of my house with all of my stuff in it. I felt violated. I told then my concerns about the house and they have neglected to do anything about it. It has been 4 months and they have done absolutely nothing. I have been in close contact with tammy. I have told her my situation. I have applied for assistance and I am still waiting on approval and it's been over a week.

I am disappointed in the services. They have jeopardize the safety of my family. Most of my possessions are damaged because of the moisture and mold. My front window is completely busted. They have neglected to help me.

After 6 years of perfect lease history, you'd expect a request to upgrade to a more expensive place within their listings would have returned a response of "Sure! We'll see what we have for you! We got "We don't do that." They would not even look. Too bad, we liked Howard Willett and he liked us. We just wanted to upgrade. They refused to check their listings so naturally we had to and of course there was a lot of other offerings. Getting such a lazy response from any car dealership and watch how fast they lose their jobs.

Advanced Property Management, you're fired. You don't just work for the property owners, you had a perfect customer for 6 years. You could have LOOKED. P.S. $30 online payment fee. That's gauging your customers.

I put in a rental application with this company. I paid the fees and was told that in three days time we would have an answer. When I checked back three days later, I was told they had ran the credit check and background, but had not heard from our references. We called our references and found out none of them had received a call. We were refused a copy of our credit report and background check.

Also refused our money back. With covid going strong, thia company is taking advantage of people. Taking money and not finishing the full transaction. I am horrified at the lack of professionalism and the complete dishonesty of this rental company. I hope they can find a way to fix this.

I rent a storage unit from Advanced Property Management. Always have a Smile on their Faces. Very nice, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Courteous. If they do not know the answer they will FIND the answer while you wait, or if they are busy will call you later that day! They do what they say, they are going to do! It was obvious from the beginning that they do not have enough staff and take several days and even weeks to return calls. Compared to out of state property management companies we have experienced as tenants and landlords, they have limited legal understanding, slow service, seemingly low compassion for their tenants and demonstrate poor professional conduct.

Cliff was so accommodating and fun! He had me laughing and making the best out of a stressful situation like moving can be. Jessica is great! She is thorough and responsive. She worked with me for a couple months and replied quickly. They seem like great people who really want to help you find housing and provide good service. I would recommend them because they are so approachable and reasonable.

I have been renting from advanced property management for more than 14 months. The ladies in the office are always very nice and try to do everything reasonable possible to help everyone. They are super busy and often times have to leave the office to show properties or take care of their customers. They always leave a sign that says when they will be back when they do.

Thanks Tammy, Jessica, and the whole team! Update: I have moved upstairs to a larger office and after more than 2 years in the same building I couldn't be happier. Thanks again! Feb 2019 update: last year I expanded to the fifth floor in addition to the fourth floor. Tammy worked with me and got me the extra space I needed. Then last month a larger space opened and I moved both my offices into the one larger.

Again Tammy worked with me to help make that happen. She truly went above and beyond solely for my benefit. Many many thanks again to Tammy, Jessica, and the rest of the gang.

Advanced Property Management is great to work with! They are so helpful with our clients and are willing to go the extra mile to get them into a place. We, as a business, also rent from them.
