Services
The Elliott Street Apartments are co-managed by two long time Athens area residents who cater to students looking for off campus rental apartments. The apartments were completed in 1998. The project is intended to provide excellent housing and quick, friendly service to tenants looking for a nice place to live at a great price.
Our student rentals range in size from one to four bedrooms and are located on Elliott Street near Stimpson Avenue and include on-site parking. The apartments are located a 2 minute walk to both Palmer and Mill streets and about a ten minute walk from College Green and uptown. We are proud to offer perfect apartments and quick maintenance service at a great price. All this within walking distance to the Uptown area and the OU Campus, no need for a shuttle, and you can leave your hiking boots at home!
