Very low quality of living. Not worth the rent (which they are trying to raise anyway). No on-site manager (so basically no manager at all). Chocolate and food on the ground constantly, a safety issue for dogs and children obviously. Some people don't pick up after their animals. Cigarette butts and garbage everywhere on the ground outside even though there are ashtrays. Some people think this is their trap house. IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO LIVE HERE.

My wife also put a review on here, but STAY AWAY from Greater Minnesota Management. They care about money and money only. I was with them for five years and their maintenance is terrible and they charged us for carpets we had already cleaned. I will not be recommending to anyone in the Crookston or greater Northwest Minnesota area. If looking for a newer place in Crookston, go with the brand new Meadows Apartments behind Crookston. Better bang for the book!

I would like to thank Peter for his professionalism throughout my stay at Summerfield. He provided information that was informative and helpful in my transition from owning a home to apartment living. He was always available to answer questions and provide resolution to any concerns I had. He continued to support me during my relocation out of the area. David was prompt in resolving any maintenance concerns.
I greatly appreciated the quick removal of snow on the sidewalk and in the parking area. The ice was even chipped out around my garage door. The yard was well maintained making it enjoyable spending time on my patio. The outdoor lighting was exceptional giving me a feeling of safety and security. My only reason for leaving Summerfield was to live closer to family. I have only positive things to say about my experience.

I have lived in one of Greater MN managment apts in Crookston for a year and have had the worst experience in my life. Their service is very bad when you call them for maintenance. One day I founded a mouse in the apt. My wife and kides were very scared. When I called the management about the mouse, they said we can do nothing for you. The ventilation of the building is very bad.
When someone cooks downstairs or the apt next to me. I smell everything to a degree I can stand in the living room of my apt. I don't recommend greater MN managment properties at all.
